The place was more than what I expected. My son was so happy with the room and pool which he spent most of his time. Great location near to one of the famous town mall, fast foods, grocery items, & transportation with in the town and bus is all walking distance. The host and staff were very accomodating. Perfect place to stay if your visiting Tayug.

This is my 3rd time staying in Ginas place/Ave Homes. and I can say that this is my first option whenever I go to Tayug. The place is good, peaceful and all things that I need are in there.

Ms. Gina’s staff ( Mercy and Bella) were very kind helpful.

I consider Ave Homes the best Airbnb in a rural area. The design of the "home setting" style is welcoming. Gina's staff interacts friendly like you've known them before. A big thumbs !!!

My father and I were visiting my aunt i. Tayug and this is the only airbnb available in the city. This was my first time visiting the Phillipines so I wasn't quite sure what a 'hut' is. Upon arrival, ave home is enclosed in its own private area which felt very safe and private. The pool was a nice touch and the grounds were free of trash and no stray animals. There were no roosters on the premise but some could be heard outside. When the host showed us what we have booked, my dad was thoroughly disappointed. He is a senior several health issues and wasn't very happy with the hut. I, however, was fine with the hut. My dad asked about the other rooms that were available within the property and to our surprise, the host was able to put us in there! We did have to pay a Pricing difference but the new place felt more like home to my dad. This was very accommodating and made our stay here pleasant. YMMV for this upgrade.
