Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

We stayed here for a long weekend for a concert. The pool was fabulous and we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying it when temps were high. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked breakfast and lunch daily. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms had a luxurious feel. There were so many nice touches, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time for our girls' getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time by the pool! The waterfall was peaceful and relaxing! Loved the lighting in the pool at night, so pretty! We had a great space for cooking, playing games, and just relaxing! We would definetly stay here again!

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

The house was perfect. There were even space heaters outside for the cold nights. The pool was clean and warm! The house was equipped with all the essentials - good quality bath products, toilet paper, plenty of towels. It was excellently located as well.

This home is well maintained and easy to find. Sandy provides excellent instructions and quickly responds to any inquiries.

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! The property was beautiful and very comfortable! We spent a lot of time in the backyard just enjoying the scenery. If we ever found ourselves in the area again I would stay here again.

I rented this apartment for my parent while they were in town for my granddaughter's baby shower. Karen and Bryan's place was perfect! Well layed out, everything you could possibly need was available. Beautiful private back yard with fire pit and chairs under a pergola, access to a grill if needed, super comfortable, sturdy king size bed huge bathroom and closet as well as a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. I 100% recommend this place and will be reserving again whenever we have family in town. Photos don't do this justice! So grateful I found this place. My parents were extremely happy with it!

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown. The space was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained, making it a cozy home away from home. As someone who needed to work, I really appreciated the desk, chair, and monitor, which made it easy to stay productive. The building itself was secure and had great amenities. Something to note: there is some street noise, which is typical for downtown, but it wasn’t excessive. I travel with earplugs and didn’t always need them here. It wasn’t disruptive for me, but it could be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again.

I felt right at home immediately. And honestly I haven’t had good sleep like that in forever. That bed was so comfy. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m in town. Thank you for everything!!!! 🥹

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Extremely clean, felt right at home. Very safe environment I did not experience any loud noises I slept and dreamed big
