Booked the Desert Koi for my bachelorette trip to Arizona from Minnesota and it was such a great space!! Master suite was on its own side of the home & the other bedrooms were put together beautifully. The pool was a salt water pool which I loved and it was a great area to bask in the sun & relax. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks and it was close to everything, 10-15 minute drive to get to basically everything. The home was so cute & clean, I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Arizona again!!!

Worth the stay and clear instructions not to mention great hospitality. We went together as a group and all agreed on how nice the place was. Thank you again

Beautiful home, pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and in great condition. Clear instructions about how to use everything offered. Very private and comfortable. Great communication from the host. Loved it!!

Victoria’s place is an absolute gem! The location was perfect for what we needed, and the pool was amazing! The house is spacious and accommodating, and comes with so many great amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t say enough about our stay at this house. Nicely furnished. Swimming pool and backyard was wonderful. Private and quiet neighborhood. Had one little problem and Brian took care of it as fast as possible. Would stay again.

Overall, we had a fine stay at this home while visiting family in CG. The home is very spacious and clean. The host provided good communication and instructions. The only real disappointment was the pool not being heated. The listing description shows a heated pool but it was too cold for us to use. Wasn’t the end of the world, we enjoyed the hot tub at night.

We had a terrific stay. The heated pool was amazing with chillier mornings but hotter afternoons. The house was bigger than we expected and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. When we had questions, Hedy was extremely responsive. The location was great as we wanted to visit people in both Phoenix and Chandler. Once we got to know the area a little more we realized we didn’t always have to get on the interstate either! And we really enjoyed the fairly close Arizona Train Museum (only open on weekends). We really enjoyed the house and stay overall!

Our family absolutely loved staying here. A couple of quotes from my boys “I wish we lived here all of the time” and “I don’t ever want to leave”. :) The house has everything you could ever need and it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful. Quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location between the areas we traveled to. Sitting by the fire at night was so calming and peaceful.

This house is perfect for a group looking to entertain and relax in the heated pool, or access the park directly in the backyard. The common space was recently updated with all new appliances, including the washer and dryer. Overall this place was great, but lacked attention to detail in cleanliness. The baseboard trim, bathroom vent fans and exposed HVAC air filters were all obviously in need of attention, amongst other areas. I’d stay here again, but for the price I’d have expected a cleaner place.

I booked the place for our guest and everything was great from check in our guest and communication with Tara which was immediate as far as response time. Great and beautiful place with a pool!

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

Fantastic stay. Especially if you love animals. We had a great time. Truly felt like we were at home. So peaceful. I fully intend on staying there again.

Dexter's place was just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We enjoyed easy morning walks right outside the door. The backyard was blue sky and birdsong; comfortable sitting and a lovely pool. Furniture was all clean and comfortable; pillows were perfect. The overall feeling was that the hosts really wanted their guests to relax. The place is simple but they didn't skimp on comfort. Great selection of books, and a few games...Open kitchen made it easy to visit while prepping and cooking meals. The only suggestion I would make is maybe the addition of a few new cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend this sweet place. Thanks for a great stay!

Daniel’s place was perfect for our family during a track tournament at Mesa College in AZ. Entry was simple, and the home had everything we needed. Our 11 and 12-year-old kids had a great time. The grill was easy to use, and the short walk to the pool was a nice bonus. The water was cold, but that was expected for this time of year. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the WiFi was easy to connect to. Out of all the homes in the community, this one felt like the nicest. Most of all, we appreciated the location. It was close to everything we needed. Our family truly enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.
