Great to be right on the lake have a relaxing time. Everything was clean and organized when we got there. Had a laundry that you could use so you didn’t have to bring dirty clothes home. We even meet Billy he had great recommendations for eateries and places to see. While we stayed. Would recommend this place for a great getaway.

Don’t think twice about renting this Colorado Cottage. Just do it! It’s worth it! Deadend street, tremendous 360 views from the road, perfect for dogs, comfortable bed, clean and well appointed

Tommy was very fast at responding and very helpful. The cabin was very clean, the antique furniture was beautiful, and the view from the deck was amazing! The hot tub was very relaxing! Beds were very comfortable. The whole stay was wonderful and very peaceful! I already have friends asking for the information on the cabin! It was a wonderful weekend!

If you want somewhere private and tucked away, yet close to everything, this is your spot. We loved the private hot tub and screened in porch overlooking the natural pool’s waterfall, which is beautifully lit after dark. With no children allowed, it is a place for adults to go and relax without interruption, unless the door-dash delivery person knocks on your door. It’s lovely

Kathy’s cabin was a nice get away for my husband and I. The cabin was very clean, nicely decorated, easy to find and comfy. My favorite part was sitting outside on the patio, ( the most comfortable outdoor furniture) and using the hot tub. The hot tub is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen at a AIRBNB. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. I’d recommend and go back.

This is my second time staying here, and it's such a gem! I actually booked it the day before because I saw they had an opening and wanted to enjoy some time away to rest and enjoy some quiet. I plan to come back again in the future. Also, grateful for the farm-fresh eggs she provided! Thank you!

Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

Great place to stay! My husband and I had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The cottage felt very cozy. I had some trouble checking in because I'm not used to AirBnB, but the host was very helpful and responsive. Checkout was easy as well! We hope to come back soon!!

Our pup loved the backyard and the place was very cutely and thoughtfully decorated. The only issue was noise from the very busy road right outside and the hospital behind the house—but thankfully there were white noise machines in our room and we slept through the night! Definitely a nice stop on our long cross country drive with our pets.

Found this cute cottage while waiting for our house to close. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. It’s a pretty easy drive Monarch (about 43 min depending on traffic & how you drive) for skiing too.

The home is beautiful and wonderfully situated near the city. The home is charming and the hostess is simply the best. Will definitely be coming again soon.

affordable, quaint, cozy and safe feeling. this spot felt like a great place to stay for a night while passing thru Amarillo. i asked for an accommodation to use unscented laundry detergent for the bedsheets and it was met with a low scented detergent which worked for me. they do not use air fresheners here which is a plus for folks who are sensitive to fragrances. there is a train nearby that i heard a couple times throughout the night, along with some car noise on the street - not anything too obnoxious or consistent. the shower was too small as an already small person. otherwise, most everything else was accessible and easy to use. i had little to no issues staying here and would stay here again!

This place was lovely! It was like a home away from home! The host was fantastic and so welcoming. I even got to meet some of the chickens! It was just amazing. It was far enough from town to get away from all of the noise but close enough to jump right back in!

My husband and I loved our stay here! We booked a weekend getaway here for his birthday weekend. It was so nice and peaceful. It was far enough away from town that it could be quiet and romantic if we wanted it to be, but not too far away if we wanted to head on over to see the excitement on Spring Street. We also spent a day hiking some very beautiful trails near by! Would definitely recommend .

Shelley's place was great to stay at. Great place for our furbabies they felt at home This place is not for everyone though, you have to be able to relax and enjoy nature and being in a very private, secluded & very cozy. There was a storm on our last night and we lost power but there were plenty of candles to keep the cabin lit and to be honest it just added to our experience there not to mention that the power people came to the remote cabin just to make sure we were ok and let us know that a pole had been brought down by a tree and that has never happened to us before. If you are looking to get away from everything and be left alone then this is the place for you. Shelley was very responsive with all our questions during our stay, we stayed a week here. Oh the fire place works great and so does the wifi. It's a great rustic cabin in the middle of the woods surrounded by peace and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our 5th anniversary in this adorable little home in beautiful Cañon City! The cottage was just as described and pictured! Great water pressure, comfy recliner, WiFi/smart TV, cozy bed linens, and the cute outdoor area under the carport were our main highlights we enjoyed the most. Besides the neighbor cats and dogs, we got to see deer both nights across the street! Easy to navigate to and from nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I needed a quick little get away and this was absolutely perfect. We sat on the porch swing listening to the stream just soaking in all the nature around us. I would definitely stay here again.

So nice and accommodating! She went above and beyond to assure our stay was amazing!

Loved all the animals—enjoyed petting the horses and baby goats and listening to the hens and peacocks. The cute rabbits were a bonus. The cottage was very private with a little lake in front you can sit by. The bathroom is a 1-2 min. walk. The double bed is in a loft with low ceilings so my 6ft husband and I slept in the twin beds which worked out fine. They are firm mattresses but we prefer that. The lemon blueberry pancakes were delicious! It was a nice memorable retreat to unplug. We recommend Bidi’s Italian Restaurant in Higginsville, btw.

I absolutely adored this stay. My first tiny house experience, but exceeded my expectations. I found it cute and cozy, and adorably decorated. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was proactive in providing directions, including pictures, since there was local construction causing detours. She left fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and so much more in the kitchen to make us feel at home. I also really appreciated the standard early check-in (11am) and late check-out (4pm). I had a meeting the day of check-out so it was nice to not have to hope I would be permitted a later check-out. It's also nice to be able to squeeze that last bit of time out of my trip.
