Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Gwen's Nest- a unique, luxury chalet in the park!

Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Paul’s Place is a cozy studio cabin only a five minute drive from some of the best spots on the Buffalo National River. Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. Maybe not Heaven, but as close as it gets! A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage nestled in the heights of the Ozark Mountains. Very close, if not right in the middle of many trails, 4 wheeling (local rentals available) and beautiful destinations. The cabin is wood throughout, ceramic flooring, island bar, nice front deck with a fire pit and a gorgeous view. If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.

The Mountaintop Cottage is a renovated, unique home with stunning views from its decks. Dark skies allow for a quiet end to the day as you enjoy the glowing embers in the fire pit. Cuddle up next to the gas fireplace in the cozy living room for a nap or to watch a movie on the wide screen television. Your comfort is our main concern. Come enjoy hiking, kayaking, wondering in nature, and breathtaking scenery in the beautiful Ozark Mountains!
