Nice clean comfy place just a short drive from the North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Incredibly peaceful location. There are a couple other Airbnbs on the property, but I would not hesitate to stay here during peak season. Very responsive host. Kids also enjoyed the visits from the black cat “Sassy”. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient for a Short Stay We stayed here for one night and found it to be a great choice for our short visit. The home was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere that made our brief stay comfortable. The layout provided ample space, and the amenities more than met our basic needs. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive and ensured our check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. While we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property extensively, it served as an excellent base for our overnight stay. We would gladly return for another visit.

This was our second time at Pat’s place! It’s the cutest little home and perfect for a fun family weekend in Glendive! It’s close to great hiking at Mikoshika and the town has a sweet coffee shop and great liquor store if you are looking for allocated bourbon.

fantastic location outside medora, just 25 minutes to TRNP and SO worth it to have room for a larger family to spread out! beautiful home in residential area very close to a school, dollar general, and spectacular local grocery store to fill up on supplies for picnics in the park.

Caitlin is a super host and very proactive and responsive. the house was very clean and as described. Will definitely visit again if in the area. her fenced in yard is a huge plus if you have pets. very close to Roosevelt National park.

We stayed for a night as we were traveling through town. Better than a hotel stay! The Winnie offered the amenities and comforts of a home. Bed was comfortable. Price was inline with a local hotel that we typically stay at when traveling through this area to reach Big Sky. Access and instructions were detailed and easy. The unit was very clean. Temperature settings were comfortable., and neighborhood was quiet. The home is older so it does make little noises at night but no more than hotel noises (from other guests & etc). We slept very well. We would stay here again. Thank you.

We had an outstanding time. Older House was very modernized. It could use an exhaust fan in the kitchen but we made due. The place was exactly what we needed and Samantha left a gift card for my wife to get here favorite coffee in the world. We hope to visit more often than the two years we have been. When we do I only want to stay at Sam’s house. Once again I hope you make more out of your investment than you ever planned and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank you and God bless you. Amazing views from the home! The home was beautiful and filled with antiques. We will definitely plan to come back! Stephanie was super quick to answer all my questions and was so thoughtful. She left a homemade birthday cake for my almost 13 year old labrador which was a huge hit with the pups. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Annie is a great host, very responsive, attentive, and accommodating. She is genuine in her correspondence and concerned about our satisfaction. Description is accurate and you will find exactly what is listed. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next stay. Would 100% recommend.

Nice place for a week long hunt in eastern Montana. Sure beats a hotel room. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry. They upgraded the kitchen table from last year and left a vacuum clean for occasional use during the week. This was our third stay at Toby's.place and 2nd stay in the downstairs unit which is much better for our needs. Looking forward to next year's stay provided everything works out.

AMAZING PROPERTY!!! This home is so beautifully kept & appointed! Really enjoyed the master bedroom! The bed set-up is VERY comfortable with a variety of different pillows. The views out of the master bedroom are gorgeous!!! You really feel like you’re in a family member’s home! The local host was incredible! I got a text message telling me the cottage was available early, which was very convenient because I was very close! There were chocolates and a note waiting for me when I arrived and bottles of water in the refrigerator. Thank you so much, Evelyn!!!

This was by far the most clean place we have stayed. Absolutely beautifully decorated, comfy beds and furniture, and so cute! We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect place for our family and we will for sure be renting again. Perfect place to go watch the Bluehawks for a weekend!

Location was great for accessing Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Unit was in a trailer park, so nothing special there, but anticipated based on description. Place was very clean and had everything needed. TV reception and wifi were great. Shower was hot and strong. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Would stay there again.
