A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Eget gästhus med ett allrum med bäddsoffa där 2 kan sova, loft med 2 enkelsängar, badrum med dusch. Finns EJ kök eller pentry. Kyl, kaffebryggare finns. Täcken och kuddar finns. Lakan kan erbjudas mot en avgift: 70 kr per bäddset. Meddela i förväg. Arriesjön ligger ca 1 km bort. Finns ett café och bageri (arriesjöns café) som har frukostbullar, fika och lunch. Parkering med laddningsstation för el-bil 3kr/kWh. Trädgården med uteplatser och grillplats delas med oss som bor här intill.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Enjoy a stylish experience at a private guesthouse in a quiet part of Malmo, about 25 min by buss #5 till central station. The guesthouse is fully equipped with: 1 double bed or 2 beds، Sofa Lots of shops and restaurant near by Air conditioner Free wifi/ TV… You will be offered free coffee, tea and water. Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Studio Apartment 7Heaven

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
