Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

The house is located 10 minutes walk away from the bus stop from where you get to city centre in 15 min . The Studio This is a recently renovated studio apartment with a nice bed. The studio has an ensuite and full kitchen. There are electric radiators throughout and high-speed Internet is available. You will have access to a private entrance. On-street parking is free. Just to note we have 1 small dog. She is very friendly but will be kept out of way.
