The Coop

I'm just a small farm girl who grew up within a farming area in southeastern New Mexico. As I was a child, I was intrigued with baby chicks. My grandfather built a coop, and they became full grown Chickens and Roosters. My love for Chickens and Roosters enhanced with their colors and character. They were my friends. Soon after, I began to sell eggs to nearby neighbors to have spending money for school. My love for chickens and roosters is beyond measure. So I've named my house "The Coop"

The Jalapeño- Historic Adobe Home in Walkable Area

Experience True New Mexico in this traditional Adobe home in Carlsbad. Built in the 1920s, this home has been lovingly updated to modern standards while keeping its rustic charm. Wood ceilings, southwestern decor, & thick adobe walls for peace and quiet. Upstairs there is a kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas & formal dining room. Downstairs in the daylight basement, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds & 2 twins. Sleeps up to 8 guests! Great location- walk to Albertsons or CVS or restaurants!

Additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, two separate bathrooms and two rollaway beds that sleeps up to 8 guests.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

The Enchanting Tree House

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

La Fuente

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.

ChaCha’s Place!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located single family residence newly renovated from top to bottom. This property provides a quaint and cozy space to relax and wind down. Fully kitchen with everything you desire to prepare a meal. Beverages and snacks provided. Bathroom amenities include hair dryer, and toiletries. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The Bunk House

A sweet slice of the Country in an Adobe guesthouse. Recently updated, a comfortable place to rest and regenerate. Quiet, peaceful, a private adobe studio. Property is a short drive from the center of Roswell. Dedicated off street parking. Pecan orchards, horses, alfalfa fields and beautiful sunsets abound. Located close to Bottomless Lakes, Bitter Lakes and Lake Van.
