Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

Comfortable beds, apartment was clean, great air conditioning, nice location, peaceful. Host was great.

This simple studio had everything I needed. Plenty of room to walk my dog across the street. Good parking close to the entrance.

Annabelle’s place is a gem if you’re staying in artesia. Walking distance from your local grocery store and a 2 minute drive from FLETC if you’re visiting family. She was a delight and always responded in a timely manner if I had any questions. If you come across this location, please do not hesitate to look any further. Book now and promise me you will not be disappointed.

The place was very clean and right in the center of town. It was everything we needed for our trip. The only minor issue we had was that the shower sliding door would not stay closed and continuously slid open. We used a couple hangers to keep it closed while showering and problem solved. We would stay here again.

Andrea’s home was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was squeaky clean and fresh, had many more thoughtful amenities than we typically see, and was so convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Andrea was also a wonderful host who was very proactive in providing all the information we needed. We felt like we were staying with friends and would highly recommend this home to others!

Don’t hesitate, book this house! Out of all 4 houses we stayed in on our trek from Tucson to El Paso, this house was the cleanest, comfiest, and most exact to the description and pictures. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were top notch. Kitchen is very well appointed. The house is beautiful. Location is quiet and safe, as well as very near to the main road and restaurants/shops. Rene was very easy to communicate with. Our boys loved the snacks Rene left for them during their movie night after hiking. Rene went above and beyond to send us a charger we left behind. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or stay again!

Nice clean house that instantly feels welcoming.We were driving all day and wanted a nice place to relax before we continued on our 10 hour drive. We felt right at home.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and pretty. Modern updates to all the appliances. I liked the beautiful trees and backyard. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in! I hope to stay here again on our next trip to Carlsbad. This home is so cozy and Joaquin was very responsive.

Great place for the caverns!

Fantastic home located in peaceful area. The circle drive is so convenient for street access. Each room has a luggage rack which seems silly but is so useful! The home is in clean condition and the beds are so comfortable! Will book again!

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!
