Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

Très beau logement, bien situé dans la rue principale et à 100m de la plage comme le nom l’indique. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et tout se passe comme prévu sans surprise !

Logement conforme à la description, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage (accès assez direct par un long escalier, pour descendre par une rampe il faut marcher un peu plus), à un bon petit restaurant (très abordable qui propose d'excellents fruits de mer), à des petits commerces dont une boulangerie. Donc nous conseillons certainement. Seul point d'attention il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec douche mais deux toilettes. Donc si vous êtes nombreux, il faut s'organiser le matin pour la douche.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce charmant appartement à deux pas de la mer, dans une ville où le stationnement est gratuit. Petit bémol néanmoins pour la douche qui manque de praticité.

Nice flat, dog friendly, good access to dog friendly beach, 5 min walk to Broadstairs, lovely views from the living area. Very responsive and helpful host. definitely recommended

Comfortable flat in a lovely location. Very homely and full of character. Wonderful for the beach. Lovely park nearby. Eveything you need for a stay by the sea. Dogs welcomed a bonus with towels, food and bed facilities for our furry family member.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Apartment was in a super location on the seafront. Easy to find and access. Apartment smelt amazing, ease share what you use! We loved the decor and layout. The beds were super comfy and cosy. Towels soft and fluffy. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury apartment. Listing is as is. Only downside was felt would be a squeeze if 6 adults but only 4 of us, and it was so hot, couldn’t get the heating to the right temperature to be comfortable but hardly in other than to sleep so not a huge issue. Hosts clearly love their apartment and want to protect it, lots of information for arrival and in apartment to review but was helpful. Will return if back in Brighton!

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Appartement: Gezellig appartement op gelijkvloers en prive parking. Alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie is aanwezig. Het is rustig gelegen en er is geen hinder van de buren. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Gastheer: Crhistian is een zeer vriendelijke man die zijn uiterste best doet om alles in orde te brengen voor zijn gasten. Hij stelt zicht zeer flexibel op en is tegelijk zeer stipt bij het maken en opvolgen van afspraken. Concreet: Wij komen hier nog terug! Super!

Un logement agréable, cependant vous n'avez pas accès à la terrasse. Un ravalement de façade en cours ne vous permet pas d'avoir la vue escomptée.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in . Bexys home was a great find , perfect sea views and the most amazing decor. No boring Flatpack furniture here from Ikea . This has been very well thought out and you can see a passion for design . Highly recommend .
