We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem tollen, neuen Ferienhaus von Sophie und Franck. Die Kommunikation mit Franck war hervorragend. Wir waren das erst Mal an der Opalküste und fanden die Gegend sehr schön, sie ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und eine gute Alternative zur Nordsee 😉

Enorm genoten van de prachtige accommodatie. De ruimtes waren schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huisje is heel gezellig en knus en met smaak gestyled. De mooie kust is op loopafstand. Ook fijne restaurants zijn op loopafstand. In de buurt zijn ook leuke activiteiten te doen, zoals Wimereux, diverse musea. Maar het mooist blijft toch het rotsje springen in Audresselles.

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Antoine a été extrêmement arrangeant et flexible, notamment sur l’arrivée. Il est même passé nous déposer un câble HDMI plus tard dans le séjour. La villa était très agréable à vivre avec du joli mobilier, de beaux espaces et de nombreux couchages adaptés à tous. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour y être bien. Le petit jardin clos nous a permis de profiter pleinement de dehors avec des jeunes sans avoir peur qu’ils s’en aillent. Idéal pour un séjour en groupe et avec de jeunes enfants/ ado ! Je recommande vraiment ! Merci Antoine !

Het huis is rustig gelegen en is zeer ruim. De omheining van de tuin is ideaal voor kleine kinderen en voor de hond. Op het terras zit je ook uit de wind wat hier in deze streek soms wel nodig is. De bedden zijn van prima kwaliteit en waren opgemaakt bij aankomst. De keuken is supergoed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om voor 10 personen te koken, oa een zeer grote oven, voldoende koelkasten, ... Kortom dit verblijf voldeed ruim aan de verwachtingen

The location was fantastic and we even managed to squeeze our car in the space. The house was spotless and having two bathrooms was a godsend. Finally a really big thank you. The journey took 7 hours not 4. We missed dinner and our 1 year old was starving. Thank you so much for the butter and eggs, scrambled eggs on toast was just the ticket for him after being in the car for such a long time.

Grande maison très agréable, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Parfait pour visiter Boulogne et la côte d'opale. Arrivée et départ flexible et facile, Manu est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, je recommande vivement.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

Excellent séjour dans la villa de Thibaud. La vue est exceptionnelle, nous avons profiter de la terrasse par ce beau temps. Le cap Gris-Nez est à 5 mins à pieds et de nombreuses autres randos aux alentours. La maison est joliment décoré, fidèle à la description et le salon est plus grand que sur les photos. La literie était adapté à nos besoins, il y a même des couchages supplémentaires sur la mezzanine. Il y a une salle de bain et 2 toilettes. Et la maison est bien équipé en électroménager et en épicerie ce qui était un gros plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a lovely Christmas at Jackie’s beautiful house, where our whole family of 8 adults and 3 kids were able to fit comfortably. The only downside was that the internet was down the whole time, which wasn’t ideal over Christmas with the kids needing WiFi for some of their toys. However I understand that this was out of Jackie’s control and she was trying to get them to fix it for us, with unfortunately no luck! The house is enormous with so much space, and it was decorated for Christmas, which was very nice to arrive to, and took away some of the stress for us. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par les attentions de bienvenue, qui témoignent du soin apporté à l’accueil des visiteurs. Le site est magnifique et l’hébergement est impeccable, à la fois propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé pour offrir un séjour des plus agréables. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu de séjour de qualité !

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

Que dire à part que tout était tout simplement PARFAIT!!!!Si vous décidez de passer un séjour en famille et/ou entre amis,le logement est génial pour visiter Londres!!!Damian est réactif, à l’écoute et le logement était exactement comme sur les photos!!!Le train est à 2minutes à pied du logement…Comptez 10 minutes entre chaque train…donc très bien desservi!!!!A 10 minutes à pied maximum,vous pourrez trouver un grand magasin alimentaire (TESCO) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!!!!!! Grâce à Damian et son logement notre séjour a tout simplement été fabuleux…Londres est une ville magnifique!! Virginie

A stunning property overlooking beautiful countryside. Hot tub was a wonderful addition to the stay and very easy to use. Gorgeous interior and the most comfy bed & pillows! Thank you for the perfect stay!

Our 2nd stay at this awesome property. It really does need to be experienced to get the full feel for the property. It is huge with so many great spaces and things to do. Really cant recommend Arun's place enough
