We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sam. The homestay was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. This place was great! My boyfriend and I stayed at two different listings of Duoc. We had to come back because we love the area. Lots of cafes nearby and the beach is in walking distance 😊 the host was also very responsive and helped us out so much :)

Very neat and clean place,.exactly as shown in pictures. I was planning to stay for 1 day only, but in couple of hours of checking in, I extended by 3 more days. I generally book stay for 1 day first and if I like the place, I book for remaining days. it was really a good experience. the only drawback is that there is no kitech but it's already mentioned in the ad, so all good.

I was comforatable right away when we checked in. Wifi is okay at the lower floor. We were able to cook food as well. Check in and Check out was easy.

One of our best Airbnb experience ever! :) House is a Korean traditional Hanok outside hut equipped with all modern comfort & elegance inside. It was magical and nostalgic! Location was great - right behind the Changdeokgung palace wall (also within the walking distance to the palace), and close to many eateries, cute museums, Insadong/Bukchon Hanok district and also the subway station! A cute CU convenient store is also 10 steps away from the house, which is a bonus! Host was lovely. She sent thru some recommendations for nearby restaurants, cafes and places to visit a few days before our check in date, and we were nicely welcomed (and surprised!) with beers, snacks & ice cream for kids at our check in! And then some Korean fried chicken during our stay! Never experienced anything like this from any airbnb hosts in the past, and it was one of the most kind gestures. I could wholeheartedly feel Korean ‘정’. Will def recommend the place to anyone who visits Seoul!

Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable

Hosts were very responsive, even during the Holy Week break. Place was ideal. Unit was within a secured property. Drinking water and laundry service were accessible in-building.

It was good location the only problem we had was the steep foot bridge to cross over to SM.
