"Serendipity"- Houseboat Getaway

A "Tiny house on the water". Your home-base for exploring Delmarva! Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

The Hideaway at Mill Creek

We welcome 6 persons, however 4 adults max. Here you will find nestled in the woods atop a beautiful hill overlooking Mill Creek, a short distance from the Chesapeake Bay, an architect's home. With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

This lighthouse style home is situated on 3 private acres and has 3 water views: the Creek, the Chesapeake Bay and the Rappahannock River all which can be viewed from the wrap @ deck and top observation lookout. The cozy loft is located above the apiary workshop. It is a spacious, kind suite with a walk-in bath featuring a rainforest shower. Windows overlook the donkey pasture, river, farm, and gardens. Designed for a true retreat, there is no WiFi, TV, or smoking. For breakfast, travel on over to Sugar Water Restaurant to have a free breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and more. The Loft includes a small refrigerator plus coffee and tea essentials. Please note: children are not permitted.
