Quello che leggete nella descrizione non è vero.....merita molto di più!!!! Sia l'alloggio comodo, facile da raggiungere e non da meno il parcheggio privato. Appartamento bello luminoso, ordinato e pulitissimo, Ilaria sempre disponibile e presente. Spero vivamente di poterci tornare.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

L'appartamento di Francesca è molto luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni attrezzatura. Ci siamo stati d'inverno e si è rivelato caldo e confortevole nonostante le basse temperature eterne. Si trova in posizione comoda, non distante a zone dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Thank you for being a great Host Ilaria 😀

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern hier verbracht. Es war genug Platz zum Spielen, drinnen und draußen. Schaukeln gab es auch. Wir haben auch gerne den Grill benutzt. Die Lage war super, man konnte nur mal kurz an den Strand laufen, wieder zurück, draußen duschen, nasse Sachen aufhöngen.. sehr angenehm. Lediglich in der Küche fehlen unserer Meinung nach ein paar Kleinigkeiten, sonst alles top.

Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Pärchen absolut ausreichend und fein. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert (die Fotos sind noch nicht erneuert worden). Kleine Mankos waren: sehr feucht (Klimaanlage konnte da aber gut helfen), nicht so privat wie auf den Fotos, wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten (vielleicht noch 2 Kommoden dazustellen). Küchenausstattung war alles da. Host war proaktiv und sehr nett. Zufahrt ist sehr fragwürdig, die öffentliche Straße besteht nur aus Schlaglöchern (kann der Host nichts für) und geht relativ steil hoch. Etwas schwer zu finden, aber Host hat uns einfach von der Straße abgeholt :). Appartment liegt in Appartmentkomplex und ist nach Nord-Westen gerichtet.

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Patrizia’s Apartment. Unsere Ankunft war am Abend, weshalb wir erstmal von dem vermeintlich verlassenen Hotelkomplex mitten in der Natur überrascht waren. Doch das Apartment von Patrizia ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum für Strandliebhaber und Freunde der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist die Umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden und man erreicht viele sehr schöne und ruhige Strände. Da wir nach der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Hotelkomplex wenig besucht. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Jeden Abend konnten wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist für jeden zu empfehlen, der ruhige Tage in der Natur und am Meer genießen und dabei gleichzeitig in einem schönen gemütlichen Zuhause wohnen möchte. Empfehlung!!!

It was a great stay and amazing to have the rooftop

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Super schöne und vor allem ruhige Unterkunft! Gianfranco ist ein toller Gastgeber, er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit.
