Renta de casas vacacionales en Asís

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Eine sehr gemütliche, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Laura gab uns hilfreiche Infos zu Aktivitäten in der Nähe und hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Abbiamo alloggiato a casa di Derek e Loredana per una sola notte. Siamo stati benissimo. Gentili e disponibili ad accoglierci anche se arrivati prima dell’orario previsto per il check in. Appartamento comodo, ampio, dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Letti comodi. Biancheria pulitissima. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Cialde per il caffè, tè, zucchero a disposizione. Davvero tutto perfetto!! Il loro border collie Zeus è stato molto amichevole e giocherellone. Torneremo sicuramente se capiteremo da quelle parti. Grazie mille 🤩

Il casolare del maestrale è perfetta come base d’appoggio per visitare le splendide città dei dintorni! La casa è intima e curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort (dalla televisione con Sky fino al tostapane e molto altro in cucina). Lo spazio esterno è fantastico, soprattutto per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri due cani! Gli host sempre disponibili, e hanno accolto ogni nostra richiesta (culla e seggiolone per il nostro bimbo). Super consigliato!!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniele per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è immersa in un contesto splendido, un po’ fuori dal centro di Perugia, raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi ma più comodamente in pochi minuti di auto, visti i numerosi saliscendi della città. La casetta è indipendente, essenziale ma dotata di tutto. Daniele e i cohost sono stati gentili e disponibili. Struttura super dogfriendly, cosa da noi molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

Unsere Woche bei Samira war einfach wunderbar! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt 🥰 Samira hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir durften an einer Verkostung von Olivenöl teilnehmen und das war sehr spannend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross (wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern), ruhig gelegen und gemütlich. Von der Terasse aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See. Ausserdem ist uns Samiras Hund Lupin richtig ans Herz gewachsen. Er ist sehr zutraulich und geniesst es wenn man ihn streichelt 💕 Wir können Ferien bei Samira wärmstens empfehlen!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous villa! The view was breathtaking, and it felt like a home that has been truly cared for and loved by the owners. Rosella was a wonderful host, so kind and responsive. She even left us olive oil from her farm and other thoughtful treats. The villa was private, peaceful, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s also in a great central location for day trips to explore the area. Truly a gem, we loved every moment and didn’t want to leave! We hope to return in the future.

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho avuto la fortuna di alloggiare da Donato e Francesca insieme ad un gruppo di amici e al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti tutti incantati da ogni dettaglio della casa, dall’ambientazione bucolica alla cura minuziosa degli spazi interni. Ogni ambiente è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari a vivere un soggiorno come se si fosse a casa propria, per non parlare della posizione ottimale che consente di raggiungere Perugia, Assisi e dintorni in pochi minuti. Francesca, poi, è la vera sorpresa del nostro viaggio. Abbiamo avuto modo di interfacciarci con una persona splendida, di una disponibilità e una gentilezza difficili da riscontrare nell’ambito degli host. Questa struttura merita sotto tutti i punti di vista il nostro ritorno!

Elena è stata molto puntuale e precisa nel darmi le giuste indicazioni per trovare l’alloggio, che si trova nel cuore dell’Umbria e in una zona piacevolmente isolata e quindi tranquilla . La casa era pulita e in ordine e corrispondente alle foto . Varie indicazioni dell’host all’interno dell’appartamento hanno reso il pernottamento semplice. Una nota di merito per la presenza di un mobiletto dove abbiamo trovato libri, fumetti , ma anche pastelli e fogli per far divertire i bambini . Elena ci ha anche indicato un ristorantino nella zona dove abbiamo cenato benissimo Consiglio infine l appartamento come punto di appoggio per visitare le tante attrazioni della zona.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Obwohl man sich den Pool mit drei weiteren Wohnungen teilt, war es immer sehr ruhig und angenehm in der Unterkunft. Unser Highlight war außerdem der Pizzaofen mit dem wir sehr leckere frische Pizza gemacht haben!

Ottima sistemazione per visitare gli splendidi capoluoghi umbri. Patrizia e il marito sono due persone splendide, l'alloggio è veramente pulito e ben curato con ampi spazi esterni. Io ho alloggiato con famiglia di due bimbe e ci siamo trovati divinamente .

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!
