It was our second time staying here and loved the good location (I grew up in Budapest and my family lives a few blocks away) and the underground parking space. The flat is ideal for our family with a toddler. The building is recently built and the flat is great if you want to stay near the Centre with a car but not in the middle of the City. Easy walk to Kopaszi-gat with many restaurant and the Danube bank.

This was a very beautiful Airbnb! Very clean, and a lovely decor, with many thoughtful details from the owner (who is also an artist). We also loved the refreshing and wonderful café downstairs, with healthy Hungarian dishes— the perfect place to relax after days of traveling. Our hostess was very warm and welcoming. We’d give it 10 stars if we could!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arpad’s apartment! Communication was outstanding from start to finish — Arpad was friendly, prompt, and made everything effortless. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and exactly as described (if not better!). The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close to all the key attractions, with Fisherman’s Bastion just above and a stunning view across the river to the Parliament Building, iconic Bridget’s etc. the location was perfect, tucked away for a peaceful night’s rest. For the quality and comfort, the price was incredibly. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Budapest, and I would definitely stay again without hesitation. Cool, walkable place, public transport takes you wherever you need. Lots of playgrounds to visit with kids. Pool & sauna are amazing things to have too. The host is super helpful and always responsive. Thank you.

Andrea really kind person and her place is quiet and clean. I recommend it to Airbnb users if they are looking for accommodation in this part of the city.

Edmond was AWESOME!! We got the dates mixed up on another room and ended up stranded at the Budapest airport and Edmond came to the place personally to help us get in such a hurry!! It was also Valentine’s Day! very very nice and we were so grateful for his quick response and help.

Wonderful place to stay for us (family group of baby, parents and grandparents). Communications were excellent - very responsive. The welcome on arrival was very friendly and informative and the house was extremely well equipped, especially with tech (great TV, PS5, computer with printer and scanner, good wifi). It seemed that lots of the equipment in the house was new or very new. We didn't get a chance to use the bikes which are available for guests to use, but these were another example of how well equipped the property is. The kitchen was very well equipped as well and the gas BBQ was used a lot. The house provides a good base for exploring the area along the river and into the Duna-Ipoly National park. We booked this stay for our employees on a business trip, and everything was perfect. The host was very communicative and friendly, which made organizing the stay easy and pleasant. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable environment for our team. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would gladly book again for future business travel. We had a lovely stay at Edit's place. it is in a serene and quite neighborhood, walkable distance from the lake. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and had a nice balcony. A cafe is located within one minute from the house, and a lot of local restaurants and eateries nearby. anyone looking for a quite, chilled vacation near the lake should definitely visit here!

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

Pretty rough road leading to house but nice quiet place in nature.

Opholdet hos Edward var fantastisk. Vi var 4 veninder afsted. Lejligheden var perfekt. Meget rummelig, velindrettet og meget ren. Beliggenheden er super god i rolige omgivelser og i gåafstand til de allerfleste seværdigheder. Vi elskede de lækre morgenmadscaféer tæt på, og restauranter om aftenen. Edward er en meget god vært, som hurtigt svarer på alle henvendelser, hjælper med taxa til og fra lufthavnen. Der var styr på alt kommunikation både før og under opholdet. Vi vil til enhver tid anbefale Edwards lejlighed, beliggenheden og bydelen, som det bedste sted at bo i Budapest. Vi kommer gerne igen.

This apartment is perfect , big and beautiful, decorated like a palace, just by the river, have a great river view, there are many restaurants and shops around, you can walking to all the amazing places of Budapest. There great verity of kitchen ware, convenience for use, and there enough towels for us. We like this apartment very much, and will recommend it to all the people who come to Budapest

Det här boendet var perfekt för oss! Lugnt och tyst, men ändå mitt i stan och gångavstånd till allt man behöver. Zoltan kommunicerade snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam! Värt varenda krona!

Zoltán je komunikativní a velice pohodový hostitel. Ubytování bylo krásné a cítili jsme se dobře. Jako bonus navíc je spousta maličkostí, které jsme na ubytování měli k dispozici. Například deštník, deka na terase, nebo dalekohled, prostě nebylo nic co by nám tam chybělo. Díky Zoltáne za krásný pobyt. Eva

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Appreciated Ildikó’s great communication and clear instructions. Her place is a great base for exploring Budapest, particularly if you want to do a river cruise. Would have loved to stay longer.

Fantastic location directly at the Donau. Amazing nature and yet close-by the city center! This 3-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, from a big(and i mean BIG!) rooftop terrace to 2 bathrooms with both toilets to a dog-friendly owner. All and all, great stay!
