An outdoor area near the door w/table &chairs for guest use. *No smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)*We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. *To reach the bedroom/living area you must climb a ladder*

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great year round, whole house AC in the summer, heat and fireplace in the winter. Outdoor swings around a huge firepit. Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.
