It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years.
