Lakeside Maisonette is an idyllic holiday home with a spectacular lakefront location - you can hear the waves lapping on the lakeshore. Secluded amongst native bush, the house has magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

This beautiful house is fantastic holiday spot. The stunning water & mountain views from the house is just a short distanced away from the lake. The house a large expansive ceiling heights, great heating & spacious living area. The expansive deck flow out the large sliding door from both living and dining room. The upstairs bedroom features incredible view to enjoy your morning coffee. The solar panels & gas water heating ensure you keep warm and cozy. The house has two Tesla charging station.
