My family and I stayed here for a mix of business and family time, and honestly—it was amazing. The house is so beautiful, clean, cozy, and just has the best vibe. You can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into making sure all types of travelers feel welcome and taken care of. Whether you’re on a work trip, traveling with family, on a couples getaway, or just need a quiet solo escape—this place covers it all. They even had fishing poles (which I was so bummed I didn’t get to use), board games, music, cozy spots to relax, and so many thoughtful little touches. If you’ve got a baby or toddler, they’ve got you covered too. And that deck with the lake view? So peaceful. Perfect spot to just breathe. My daughter was obsessed with the little office/music area—she loves producing music, so it felt like it was made just for her. Even though my conference was about 30 minutes away, I didn’t mind the drive because coming back to this peaceful, tucked-away home was so worth it. There

What a wonderful stay! When opening the front door you are met with the stunning view of Lake View! A welcome basket full of goodies including all the fixing to make S’mores sat on the beautiful kitchen island. The Alexa Smart home is spacious and comfortable with a great deck full of comfortable furniture. One of our favorite activities was using the multiple binoculars & telescope provided to watch the bald eagles, red headed woodpeckers and loads of other birds flying by. Of course using the kayaks & paddle boards topped the favorite list. Gary & Peggy were amazing hosts!

Wonderful home in a quiet cove. Loved the large fenced porch, the multiple water access points on the property and large dock were great for our kids to fish and play on. Will absolutely be back for our family visits!

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

My family and I had an amazing time at Shawn's home. It was very spacious, clean and had all the utensils needed for our time there. We would definitely like to stay here again and Shawn was very responsive throughout the process.

This is a great lake Lanier house. Our group was there for a fishing tournament, and we had a blast. The house perfect and the host is very responsive. The location on the south end of the lake was very convenient and the dock allowed us to cover both of our boats. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you, Susan!

The Mid-Century property in the woods by a lake is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the lake. Mr. Leeland is so awesome! He is very personable and accessible. I'm a repeat guest and look forward to returning.

My fiance, I, our friend, and dog fit perfectly in the home. It was a great little area and super close to Atlanta. We went to Zoo Atlanta and the Botanical gardens. I would highly recommend this house and book again!

As a third time guest I cannot express how beautiful this lake house is. The home is stunning and stocked with everything you may need. The back yard and dock area offer perfect spaces for relaxing with family and friends. Denise is a wonderful host and will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Very cozy house with nice touches. Really liked the seating in the living room with the large couch. Also appreciated the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom with plenty of towels. Loved sitting in the backyard watching the birds in the woods.

It was located - in fact - walkable to downtown Acworth. It was about a 15 minute walk. It was also about a 15 minute walk to Lake Acworth. What we really loved about the place was the huge private backyard. The stay could not have been better. Jessica was always good about responding to emails. And sent an email confirming checkout instructions the night before we left. We would stay there again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and very peaceful. It was clean the host was very responsive. The home had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing sun rises and turtles on the lake. It wasn’t too far from down town Atlanta so we were able to have the best of both worlds also. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hosts! We had Zero issues. I Loved everything. They checked off each and every need we had. From the easy check in, comfy beds, the spacious rooms, clean spaces, amenities, and the peaceful surroundings. Well worth the price and then some! I would highly recommend for large families or group adventures. Our group of 8 were very comfortable. The nighborhood was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. I would describe our lovely hosts as caring, classy, and thoughtful. Blessed to have had the chance to stay here. When we return we will definitely check for availability once more. Mahalo nui loa!! Beverly was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. The home worked well for our needs. it was easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. TVs are modern, good sizes, and nicely positioned. Primary bed is comfy and we enjoyed the quality bedding. overall a lovely stay.

A beautiful property in a very charming walkable neighborhood. The golf cart being included was so fun for the family and the play room was a dream for my little ones. A really beautiful home and responsive host. Would stay there again!

This was a super place to stay for our family get together. We had plenty of space. My grandkids loved seeing all of the nature areas......the butterflies were amazing....watching the deer eating......the lake close by and canoeing was great. The toys in the family room were a big hit with the grandkids -- kept them busy when it was so hot outside. We loved the outdoor kitchen -- it is super. Our host, Trisha was always available and very helpful. Thanks Trisha for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!
