We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die Menschen sind - gegenüber anderen spanischen Städten - sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren entsetzt, wie wenig die englische Sprache gesprochen wird, vor allem in der Gastronomie. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für vier Personen auch großzügig. Ich würde sie für fünf Personen nicht empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch ist doch sehr unbequem und es fehlt ein fünfter bequemer Stuhl. Auch ist die Wohnung doch weiter weg von der Innenstadt, wie vermutet. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Wohnungsvermieter, ihr wart sehr aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben, trotz Apriltemperaturen sogar den Pool benutzt, sehr erfrischend. Der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El alojamiento se corresponde, al completo, con lo anunciado. Metro a corta distancia, zona tranquila.

Maria Jose y su esposo fieron muy agradables, nos ayudaron con paraguas y a encontrar un estacionamiento al momento de llegar. El lugar esta agradable, la cocina muy completa. Por ser invierno no pudimos estar mucho afuera pero el patio esta grande y se ve agradable.

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

¡Una experiencia increíble con Alejandro! Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Alejandro fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Alejandro se mostró muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. El lugar estaba impecable, muy acogedor y con todos los detalles pensados para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Alejandro nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y restaurantes, ¡y no se equivocó en ninguna! Sin duda, fue un anfitrión excepcional que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Gracias por todo, Alejandro. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mar. Emplacement paisible, idéal pour le footing du matin avec le joli et grand parc juste à côté. A 5 min du métro qui nous emmène au centre de Madrid. parking gratuit à partir de 21h jusque 9h du matin (zone verte, réservée aux résidents) et parking gratuit (zone blanche) autour du parc. La literie était très bonne, la déco très sympa. Un peu plus de lumière au niveau de l'éclairage aurait été parfait. Mar est une hôte très accueillante et avec qui nous avons eu une très bonne communication. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter si nous retournons à Madrid !

Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicacion, muchos servicios alrededor. De facil acceso al transporte publico y en coche. El apartamento impecable, limpio, super agradable, todo de primera. El lugar super tranquilo. Los anfitriones siempre en contacto y muy pendientes. Super recomendable.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un mois et demi dans le bel appartement quasi neuf d’Aurelie et Nicolas avec nos enfants. Le logement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé, étincelant de propreté et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé était parfait! Merci de votre hospitalité et de nous avoir en plus prêté des jouets pour nos enfants!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Logement parfait pour visiter Madrid. Helena et Ra sont attentifs et répondent à toutes vos sollicitations.le Métro 5 et au piété du logement et donne accès à toute la ville en moins d’une heure pour les destinations les plus éloignées. La chambre et la literie sont très confortables et permettent un repos réparateur après une journée complète de visites. Il existent de nombreux restaurants à des prix convenables à proximité. Lés équipements sont fonctionnels et répondent les besoins indispensables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!
