We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

We had a great stay here while we were exploring the Abruzzo region. House was immaculately clean and while traveling with a group of 4 we felt like we had our own separate rentals in one house. Best shower I had while I was in Italy. The host was very communicative and accommodating to us. Wish we would have had time to stay longer to enjoy the house more. There is so much beauty in this part of Italy and this makes a great home base if you are looking for a place in the area

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Altamente consigliato

Sara è stata un'Host fantastica! Da subito si è dimostrata gentile, disponibile e ci è venuta incontro su tutte le richieste fatte. La casa è un gioiellino, pulitissima sotto ogni aspetto. Grazie di tutto ♥️

La casa è in un posto molto tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve, ho trovato il materasso molto comodo. Ottimo il bagno. La strada dietro la casa porta alla piana del voltiglio, in 15 minuti si arriva molto comodo. Strade ottime asfaltate e grandi, che non è scontato in montagna. Nadia molto presente nel consigliarci zone da visitare, feste e quant’altro. Ci siamo riposati alla grande. Non posso fare altro che consigliare l’alloggio. Nessun problema anche con il nostro cagnone. All’esterno c’è una piccola griglia che fa il suo dovere. Da dove abito io la strada è tanta, ma se vorrò tornarci di sicuro alloggerò qui. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher haben richtig gut und frisch gerochen, sowie die Bettwäsche. Francesca ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar und war auch sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es etwas gab. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen aber da es sehr steil bergauf geht, haben wir das bei der Hitze nicht gemacht. Man kann von da oben auf jeden Fall auf das Meer schauen, wenn man an der Straße steht, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns in allem wohl gefühlt. In diesem Sinne noch mal viele Liebe Grüße Francesca

appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere. host disponibile. la cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare a casa qualsiasi cosa, senza dover mangiare fuori nei locali. bagni puliti e grandi. casa ottima pure in inverno: siamo stati caldi e c'erano diverse coperte a disposizione sia per i letti sia per guardare la TV sul divano. lo consigliamo a tutti!

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Molto spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto. L'host e la cohost sono molto cordiali e disponibili e hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti!

Very nice apartment, very close to supermarket, town centre. Clean and very well presented. Milco was really helpful with instructions and showed an interest for me to enjoy my stay. I loved this place and would definitely return here

Wonderful stay at Serena's apartment. It was immaculate and so central to the historic centre of Sulmona. Could walk everywhere. Felt right at home. would highly recommend. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Domenico, una persona precisa, disponibile e molto cordiale. La casa è come da descrizione e l'abbiamo trovata molto comoda. Le sere di ritorno dalle escursioni, dopo cena abbiamo apprezzato molto un bel divano comodo davanti ad uno schermo TV grandissimo e spettacolare, dove abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e a pochi Km ci sono tutti i servizi necessari. La consigliamo vivamente e se dovessimo ritornare in zona sicuramente la terremo presente.

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.
