This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden.
