Everything was good, it was easy to communicate with the host and the apartment was comfortable.

It's a great place next to a park and a lake. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the bus stop through the park. Apartment was clean and had a good number of amenities like washing machine, TV projector system, weights and pull-up bar. Adrian was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!

Dies war meine erste Buchung über AIRbnb und für mich sehr positiv. Ich wurde vom Gastgeber und seiner kleinen Tochter ganz herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir haben hier ein paar wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist wundervoll, die schönste in der ich je war, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles was man brauch sogar scharfe Messer , dass ist sehr selten in Ferienwohnungen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, sehr zu empfehlen👍😊

Super Unterkunft, super kommunikativer Host. Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden, man muss etwas abseits der Straße hoch. Auf dem Grundstück ist dann alles klar und super beschrieben.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung nahe eines Waldes. Perfekt nach einem langen Arbeitstag.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. Good location, clean place, responsive host, worth recommending

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Sehr sauber, viel Privatsphäre, tolles Frühstück, viel Flexibilität. Gut mit der S3 nach München angebunden (30 min bis München Hbf), genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Top!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Wie immer alles gut!

Alles bestens, wir brauchten als Band eine Möglichkeit zur Übernachtung in München. Es war alles für uns vorbereitet. In der Wohnung waren viele Dinge beschriftet, so dass man sich gut zurecht finden konnte. Manuela war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war einfach Super, abends konnte man sich mit Sabine gerne auf eine Tasse Tee in der Küche treffen. Sie ist immer gut gelaunt und einfach ein super Gastgeber :).

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Awesome place, probably one of the best ones if not the best one in munich! It's very private, spacious and peaceful. I really loved the room. The shared spaces also offered everything we needed. There is a super beautiful park next door and the surroundings are both peaceful and beautiful overall. The other guest and the host himself are very friendly and I felt welcome and at home. There is also a weekly foodsharing programm which reqlly helped with cooking and saving some noney. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place in munich!

Manuel è un host perfetto, sempre pronto a rispondere alle richieste. è molto rispettoso della privacy. la stanza è molto ampia, come è possibile vedere dalle foto, e possiede tutto il necessario. bagno molto bello e funzionale. la casa si trova in zona tranquilla in un bel paese della Baviera; Monaco è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti di treno partendo dalla stazione cittadina, che dista dalla casa di Manuel circa 3km a piedi (raggiungibile con un passeggiata di circa 40 Min in una bella area verde o in alternativa con Uber o con i bus del trasporto pubblico). non distante è possibile visitare il campo di concentramento di Dachau. ringrazio Manuel per avermi ospitato.

super freundliche Gastgeber. ein tolles Häuschen am Stadtrand mit heimeliger Ausstattung und trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt oder Uni. mein Aufenthalt war zwar nur kurz, aber ich komme gerne wieder. war eine tolle Erfahrung.
