Perfect for 1, ok for 2, tight for 3. Setup studio style. 1 Queen, 1 pullout couch (full). Climate controlled between 68-74 degrees in the winter. Very private (low) location-sits behind our family owned beauty supply store & can not be seen from the street. A restaurant, cigar lounge, beauty salon in same lot.

Outdoor seating with loveseat & 2 chairs. Summerville is centrally located, 2.5 miles from both downtown and Augusta National and close to the medical district, in a beautiful walking area of town. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, gourmet take-out, coffee house, small park & dog park.
