The ORV and Snowmobile trails both pass by this property. Marinette Co. is the Waterfall Capital of Wisconsin and only 6 miles from Iron Mountain, MI and the Upper Peninsula. There is plenty of parking for trailers. Access to the Marinette county trails, Dunbar, WI, and beyond. Gas, groceries, and restaurants are close by car or from trails.

Enjoy the solitude and peaceful beauty of this private downstairs unit situated on Fumee Lake in Iron Mountain. This space is close to the many wonderful activities in the area. In summer, enjoy peaceful kayak cruises on Lake Fumee, or go 2 miles away to beautiful all sports Lake Antoine for boating and swimming. Nearby whitewater rafting as well. In Winter there is cross country skiing right out the back door and downhill skiing at Pine Mountain as well as Snowmobiling paths everywhere!

Home is private to the guest, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living space; I have queen air mattresses for extra. Washer & dryer, fridge & micro, coffee maker, also a full size refrigerator in basement if needed, Wifi and cable TV included as well . This home is great for business people, couples and small families.

The home is located close to stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, parks or whatever adventure you may have planned for visiting town. Close to the Menominee River and boat landing.
