An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

The villa is built, furnished and decorated in Balinese style, so you will quickly feel at home and can enjoy a wonderful stay with Western luxury and good care. The villa is equipped with luxury and western facilities. The decoration of the villa exudes a traditional atmosphere. The villa and garden is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. The staff ensures that it lacks the guest to nothing. They cook, wash, clean and do groceries. The gardeners ensure that the fantastic garden every day is kept and the pool and the terrace again be fresh and clean every morning. Brongbong is a private and quiet area free from the usual bustle of tourists. Spend the day sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the ocean before heading out to discover the beautiful nature trails and charming local shops and restaurants.

Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.

242 Steps to the Beach at Grange Train to the City

Bright 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (NO LIFT) with amazing sea views only 242 steps from the beautiful Grange Jetty where a local seal and pods of dolphins are regularly seen. Pub, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bakery all within easy walking distance in a beautiful beach side suburb. There are beach towels if you want to take a dip as well a beach cricket set. 10min drive to Glenelg, 20min to city by either car or train to Adelaide Oval for the Football/Cricket, LIV Golf 3km away.

You will be welcomed in a two bedroom open plan villa on a split level, the lounge area overlooks rice paddies and ocean. Each AC equipped bedroom has an en suite semi open bathroom. Boasting a fast fiber wifi connection of 100Mbps it's been a favorite long term stay for digital nomads. You can jump in the glass sided infinity pool from the lounge area for a refresher. The house can accommodate comfortably 4 people in a green environment where nature and living space co exist harmoniously.
