Fantastic spot in LB only a short stroll to the beach. Stayed here with our daughter for a couple of nights to explore area, loved Retro Row and walking the beachfront. Home we'll equipped with everything you need and fully stock kitchen made homemade tacos perfect!!!

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

This is a great spot to stay in Avalon with a communicative and helpful host! Brian’s cottage is small but housed our family of four well, and it was the perfect home base for us between hiking and kayaking adventures. Note that this location is up a hill, so you’ll need to walk up/down it to get to and from the cottage.

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

My stay was very nice. Loved the area where it’s located. Very spacious place & well put together. I’d definitely recommend staying here while in Long Beach.

Lovely, cozy upstairs unit located just a short walk to a very nice section of beach. Stayed one night on a Saturday and enjoyed every moment. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved Paul’s place. It was perfect for a weekend away! You can walk to Shoreline Village if you want. Less than 10,000 steps lol! Paul did a wonderful job with his place! It is so cozy and quiet. We felt so at home! He has everything you need and then some. Paul responds quickly! He gave us amazing directions and we loved every moment staying at his little oasis near the ocean. Thank you Paul for a wonderful weekend! We cannot wait to come back!

My family stayed here during the Christmas holiday and want to say this is such a wonderful place. I grew up in the area and this was always one of the more desirable neighborhoods to stay in, so 10/10 location. Aside from the great location, the place was perfect - easy to enter/exit, clean and open rooms and safe. It's a very comfortable and "homey" space with a great gathering area/living room and VERY comfy couches and beds. Marianne was also proactive about our stay and very easy to communicate with. I cannot stress how much we loved this place and how perfect it was for my family. We definitely will be staying here again.

I loved my stay don’t get any better than this place close to the highway as well. Clean and quite neighborhood felt safe for sure and the gym pool area a PLUS

we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

The apt was great. The neighborhood was safe. Chad was very helpful and responsive. I noticed an issue with the apt and he was on top of it. He had a cleaning crew come the same day. Had a great stay.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the rental’s location and how well the place was maintained. Everything we needed was provided in the well thought out amenities. The host was very responsive and were very accommodating to us. We would definitely look to rent from this host again.

We loved Jimmy’s place! It felt more like a nice hotel, with its modern design and super clean interior. The beds are SO comfortable and we slept great. The layout of the place was great- huge kitchen/living, two big bedrooms with dedicated baths, and our favorite- the deck! The deck is very large and overlooks a man made lake. The building has a lot of amenities if you want to use them. We had our dog with us, and appreciate the numerous dog friendly areas in the building, and especially the lovely walking loop around the lake with geese and ducks :) it feels safe and quiet, and the building was not loud even on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there. We would 100% stay here again. The only thing that needed a little more instruction was the parking garage- it’s not the most intuitive layout, but reception helped us- I recommend asking reception for directions before attempting on your own!

Aly was an awesome host. I had so many things on my itinerary and it was in the middle between all the places my kids and I visited. It was a perfect place for the three of us, and about 20 min. from the beach. Will definitely book again the next time I am in the area. Thank you Aly!

Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

This was a great “home base” for hosting family from out of town! The space was exactly as it was described in the listing, and had plenty of room for our two families to settle. It was conveniently located near stores and supermarkets, as well as local attractions. The kitchen fixtures were high-end and easy to use. The check-in instructions were very clear and the building’s staff was helpful. The view from the space was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this space to other families who are visiting the OC area!

The Village at Irvine Spectrum is definitely one of the best places to stay for vacation. The room is comfy with a night view. Comfy living room with a nice couch and Netflix. Kitchen is clean but with some missing amenities. Nice and clean shower. Washer and dryer are available. Bedroom is comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway nothing too long. Overall with a few touch ups this room can be a great option for couples.

I stayed here for 1 night final notice ! Jessica was very responsive with her instructions very clear . High Rise is very Tranquil . The apartment was very beautiful and clean 😍. Reception made it easy . Area was quiet would definitely stay here again ! 5 stars ⭐️
