We had a wonderful stay at Shelly's place! Check in was easy and Shelly gave us all the info we would need for the stay and she was quick to respond when we had a question. For where it's located, it is incredibly private. The back porch is a great hangout spot! The pictures don't do this place justice. It has everything you need and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. There was only 2 of us so we only used the upstairs area because it has everything you need. The heated bathroom floor and toilet seat was a huge plus with it being so cold outside. The baseboard heaters did a great job keeping the home warm and there's gas fireplaces if you need them. There's a ton more room downstairs if you bring more guest. The covered carport was another big plus with all the freezing rain we had. Don't hesitate to book with Shelly! We hope to book with her again in the future!

Great place, great hosts. Even when a bunch of the other roads were snowed over the road his place was on was still accessible. Family had a great time.

The Spruce Pine is a really cool place. We were looking for an AirBandB that would accommodate our entire family and it did so easily. My son and his fiance were getting married at Wisemans View and Jennifer's place was convenient to that location. The Spuce Pine is also in a neighborhood that has an HOA so everything is very controlled and safe. We grilled out, had a fire in the fire pit, played Miss Pac Man on the classic video machines in the basement and had a wonderful time with our family. Jennifer is a very responsive host and keeps the Spruce Pine in excellent condition. We truly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful place in the mountains! A true resort no matter what time of year. The house was very clean, warm and inviting. We were fortunate to be able to stay an additional day! Definitely coming back.

Great location, close to Sugar Mountain, where I took my 14-year-old son and his friends skiing for the weekend. They loved the arcade games and pool table. The view from the hot tub was so peaceful. It had everything we needed.

Loved Papa's Place and you will too. It was exactly as described and beautifully furnished. Having cocktails on the deck overlooking the 1st green of the golf course was a plus. Sarah was always responsive and easy to communicate with and when we had a special situation concerning our arrival was accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend staying here if you are considering something in Linville Land Harbor. You will not be disappointed! We hope to return in the future.

My husband and I lost our home to Helene. We had to quickly move from our temporary shelter due to plumbing issues and Jordan quickly accepted our same-day booking which was made late in the afternoon. He was very compassionate and understanding of our situation. His home was a safe-haven retreat for us after long days of debris clean-up and volunteering. It is beautifully decorated with a zen feel and lots of cozy blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to prepare our meals since most of the restaurants were closed due to flooding. After two weeks of eating at our local shelter, it was so comforting to cook a hot meal. Both bathrooms were clean and brightly lit. A hot shower is a luxury we had missed and we were very thankful to have power and water again. Even though this stay wasn’t a vacation, it allowed us the opportunity to rest our bodies & minds to prepare for the long journey of rebuilding. Thanks again, Jordan, for offering us sanctuary among the storm.

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Karen was helpful in sending recommendations and communication regarding the impact of Helene on the area. Always answered questions and put us at ease. The suite was beautiful and the amenities were nice and the views were great. Instructions were helpful. I would highly recommend this suite

A great location with almost immediate access to skiing and hiking trails! We didn’t use the amenities while there but did see many families enjoying them. A 15 minute ride to Boone and all that area offers was a plus. This was a quiet, corner location with a soothing view of a pond on the grounds out all of the windows. A good sized space to wind down after a full day of adventures!

Cheryl was there to greet us and made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

Beautiful home deep in NC mountains! Spent a long weekend there with family and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great outdoor spaces for the kids to play and adults to relax. Nights were cool enough to have a fire in the outdoor fireplace! Trails connect the house to the shared pavilion and pond which is beautifully landscaped and peaceful but no fish in the pond much to my nephew’s disappointment. Another steep trail goes all the way up to the top of the mountain with an amazing view! The town of Lansing and the terrain around the house has significantly changed due to Hurricane Helene but the house was not affected. It was a great Easter weekend!

We had an amazing stay at the lake house! The property was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The highlight of the stay was definitely the lake—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The combination of a clean and comfortable home with the natural beauty of the lake made for a wonderful getaway.

I absolutely loved my stay with Nancy. One of one host and experience. Stunning property! She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful time talking with her and learning about the area and her property. Her home was gorgeous and full of places to explore and things to do. I'll definitely be returning and taking pottery lessons next time!

The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and were unable to stay both nights. The host offered to refund us for the night, which was unexpected and so kind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the lake. We hope to return when the weather is warmer and Marina is open.

It's a really charming, comfortable, clean, and quiet place. It has the best kitchen equipment of any place I've stayed: a large set of dish- and glassware, pots and pans, plush towels, comfortable bed. The host communicated well and quickly. I would definitely return.
