Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut eingerichtet, toller Pool und vieles Interessantes in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben uns bei Paola und Giorgio sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Nachbarskatzen kamen sehr häufig zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit dazu.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti nella mansarda di Salvatore, ambiente nuovo, elettrodomestici nuovi e bellissima terrazza con coperture e tavolo da pranzo. Il checkin è avvenuto da remoto, Salvatore mi ha aperto il portone e al secondo piano ho trovato l'appartamento come descritto, all'interno oltre a mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi ho trovato tutti i prodotti più essenziali: caffè, acqua, zucchero, detersivo, etc. La zona è molto bella e suggestiva, nelle vicinanze altrettante mete da visitare. The apartment was clean, bright and modern. kitchen was well appointment with everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was amazing, he picked us up at the train station, left treats for us, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Angela's place is amazing. We were a group of 5 friends traveling through Sicily and stayed in Noto for three nights. We all agreed that we would have happily spent a whole week at Angela's place. She greeted us upon arrival and had left some local wine and bread, showed us her gorgeous apartment and was super helpful when we were a little delayed on the route to arrive. I would really recommend staying here, and the apartment easily fits two couples + a fifth single person. Additionally, it has so many spaces that you can even have some alone time in a group trip, on the terrace, in the kitchen or in the living room or your bedroom! It's just gorgeous.

Tolle Lage gleich beim Meer und die Altstadt von Marzamemi war gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig insbesondere die Terrasse. Lediglich das Warmwasser war nur lauwarm, wobei uns der Gastgeber angeboten hat einen Techniker bei Bedarf zu organisieren.

La Struttura di Mariateresa e Andrea e bellissima e in una posizione fantastica.Secondo noi la casa piu bella come e situata di fontane bianche. La Vista sulla baia dalla terrazza super spaziosa sia di mattina,di giorno e la sera e spettacolare. La casa ha tutto il necessario ed e arredata con molto gusto. Anche la pulizia della casa era impeccabile e i spazi al esterno ( giardino, posto auto, doccia esterna) arrotondono il tutto. La comunicazio e stata al top,gentilezza,informazioni utilissimi e velocita nel rispondere e stato davvero da copiare da altri Host. Se volete passare una vacanze in assoluta spensieratezza ,in un posto magico in uno degli angoli piu belli della sicilia scegliete questa casa.Grazie di tutto a Mariateresa e Andrea,ci vedremo sicuramente.Maurizio e Gessica

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Comoda la posizione: a due passi supermercato, panificio, bar ( un consiglio per una superba colazione “Milk and Coffee” Corso Gelone 22) equidistante -10/15’- da Ortigia e Parco archeologico. L’appartamento è accogliente, silenzioso e completamente accessoriato. Anna è stata gentile, molto disponibile per le nostre esigenze di check-in e check-out e solerte nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Decisamente consigliato.

This property was great. It is beautifully decorated with VERY comfortable beds/sofa and relaxing common spaces! The roof and back terrace have an amazing view! Pierpaolo was very easy to communicate with and we were grateful for the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out! He was also very responsive and helpful answering questions. The house is in a great location for walking to restaurants, the grocery store and sites in Noto. The adjacent street was a little busy but we quickly got used to it and the noise was minimal inside the house. Street parking was very easy, convenient and affordable with the EasyPark app. We also enjoyed the custom dish wash, welcome kit and dental kits. We would love to visit/stay again, thank you!

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Appartement avec beaucoup de cachet, confortable et bien aménagé, avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Très agréable , on se sent rapidement chez soi. Tout est bien pensé. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Wir sind begeistert von der Freundlichkeit von Vincenzo und Agnese. Sie waren bei Nachfragen unkompliziert zu erreichen und konnten uns jederzeit helfen! Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt, neu und es ist vor allem sehr sauber! Die Wohnung ist nur von einer Strandpromenade vom Meer entfernt. Und es ist herrlich auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder am Strand zu laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of being there. We travel with two small kids, and Maria had a baby bath and even baby shampoo ready for us as well as some local citrus and chocolate for the kids. This type of thoughtfulness is hard to come by. The place itself was great. Super close to Modica and Ragusa. And the meat spot was spot on. We loved the salume we got there. Can highly recommend this place.

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

The property was fully stocked with any and everything you could need, the cleanliness was superb, the view of the sea was beautiful and the property was ideally located between the ferry and the train station so both locations were a walkable distance from the property and last but not least Nataliya the host is very friendly and very helpful with questions regarding the property and even recommendations. I was very impressed by her attention and quick response time. I highly recommended the property if you are a couple travelling from Malta and visiting neighbouring cities to Pozzallo

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Our host Marcelo was great. Made some great recommendations and got us fresh towels when we asked. It close to a great cocktail bar which for us wasn’t a problem because we tend to go to bed late and ended up there most nights. However, I could see it being a slightly noisy for some. The bets sandwich store is right near by. We had a lovely time and would love to be back. Thank you!

We highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for three nights across Easter and it was perfect. Great location, lovely bathroom / kitchen and super comfortable bed. Our hosts were also fantastic, and had brilliant local recommendations for food/drinks and places to visit. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. we absolutely LOVED our stay at Giorgia's and in Scicli. We fell in love with this Baroque City, enjoyed Giorgia's thoughtfully chosen recommendations, and felt right at home. Our hosts were kind and lovely people and we would definitely stay here again!!
