I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Классное жилье, локация удобная- 3 минуты к морю. Магазины в шаговой доступности. хозяин очень отзывчив и гостеприимный. В квартире чисто и свежо. Все необходимые предметы в наличии: посуда, полотенца, постельное белье. Все вопросы, возникшие перед поездкой и заселением, были решены легко и быстро. Однозначно рекомендую! Вернемся еще! Wir sind absolut begeistert von Liudmila's Appartement. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Die Kommunikation mit Liudmila verlief einwandfrei, sie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Burada beş günlük güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Kesinlikle fiyat performans oranını mükemmel karşılayan bir yer. Tam olarak sahilde değil ama halk plajına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz araçla geldiğimiz için toplu ulaşım olanakları hakkında bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim, ama evin konumu Salamis antik kenti, Aziz Barnabas kilisesi ve Kapalı Maraş'ı etraflıca ziyaret etmemize olanak tanıdı. Sitede havuz, market, eczane, kafe-fırın ve bir de bar vardı, genel ihtiyaçlarımızı için gayet yeterli bulduk. Uzaktan çalışma konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, internet gayet hızlıydı. Tayanç Bey ayrıca oldukça kolay iletişim kuran yardımsever birisi, bizi rahat ve güvende hissettirdi. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly attentive. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a comfortable bed that made it hard to leave! The apartment itself was spotless and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene. Every surface was clean, the bathroom was immaculate, and the linens were fresh and crisp, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!

I picked the apartment because it looked very functional and well equipped. I spent about a week there and found the apartment offered everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Modern, it is comfortable. The location is remote from Larnaca center but remains very accessible (within 5-15 min drive). The neighborhood is very calm. The only downside is that there is nothing around but again with a car, that’s not a problem. I could return to this place without any hesitation.

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!

Great location. By the beach (literally),in a quiet area a short walk away from the majority of the bars and restaurants along the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

Our stay at Gökmen’s place was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and along the way, we would pass by basketball and soccer fields, which made the walks even more enjoyable. The island felt very safe, and the people were extremely friendly. Gökmen was an honest and kind host, always available if we needed anything. We also loved that the place was close to a lively street full of shops and events, just about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we even attended a local festival with free painting activities and a live concert, which made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!
