Our stay at this charming farm in Ribeira Grande was such a memorable experience. The property itself had so much character, with a peaceful and authentic atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What truly set this stay apart was the warmth and generosity of the host, who welcomed us with homemade guava drink, bolo lêvedo, and delicious jams, such a thoughtful way to share the flavors of the Azores. Every corner of the farm felt special, with a perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort. It was the kind of place that invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature and good company. We only stayed for two days, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression. We would absolutely love to return and experience it all again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Terceira. The north coast is very peaceful and quiet. The house is located within a few minutes of a small village with a grocery store and a few nice restaurants. The drive to the main cities is about 20 to 30 minutes. The house was just as pictured with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and tons of towels and linens. The pool and hot tub are lovely and clean with gorgeous views. There’s a fire pit and sauna available as well. The kids loved checking in on the chickens, peacocks and bunnies every day and also playing on the swings. Hugo was a great host. Always responsive and provided tons of great local recommendations. Overall a fabulous stay on this beautiful island!

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Ruben zu Besuch. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt vorstellen können. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter - umso schöner waren die Annehmlichkeiten von Pool und Sauna zu genießen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und alles Top hergerichtet. Ruben hat uns sogar ein Willkommens- Korb mit allen nötigen Dingen ( Käse , Brot , Früchte etc) aus der Region bereit gestellt :) Wenn wir mal wieder auf die Azoren kommen sollten, dann definitiv wieder dort hin. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und hoffentlich bis bald Leo und Max

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

Super séjour! Le logement est identique aux photos, la vue est parfaite. Pour les coureurs, belle piste juste derrière longeant le bord de l’eau. Bon steakhouse juste à côté du logement.

In dem Unterkunftshaus befinden sich drei seperate Wohnungen. Alle sind in einem Top Zustand, mit einem tollen Ausblick und gut ausgestattet. Leider fehlt es in der Küche an den essenziellen Sachen wie Öl und Gewürzen, das hätte uns gefreut. Ansonsten gibt es wenig zu bemängeln, gerade wenn man Katzen mag erfreut man sich über den täglichen Besuch der Streuner. Und natürlich ist der Whirlpool als Highlight nicht zu vergessen 👏

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our group of 5 liked the ability to spread out a bit on this 3 bedroom house, and the 2 bathrooms minimized the congestion getting ready in the morning. We liked the private parking inside the property, but since we had a rental that was a little larger and without the greatest turning ratio, we opted to just park on the street rather than negotiate with the driveway. We always found a spot in front of the church next door. Totally equipped kitchen and proximity to supermarkets gave us a break from eating out all the time and a chance to enjoy the property's great backyard. Carla was very helpful, easy going, and the house was spotless. The area is not in the heart of any action, but still only a few minutes drive away from anything, and it was fine by us (in fact, we preferred it). There is a convenient little market literally under the second floor great for essentials. Amazing place, and we were grateful for Carla for the opportunity to stay in it.

Incredible place! Located right on the best beach on the whole island. We loved eating breakfast on the covered patio while looking at the ocean. The jacuzzi was perfect and got a ton of use. Roberto was so helpful with check in and local tips. Highly recommend. The space had everything we could need.

Good little apartment in the center of Horta. Has everything you need for a couple of days and I would definitely recommend. Nothing to complain about, and Rosário was always very nice to us, at check-in, at check-out and even stored some bags of ours for the day. If we weren't so tight of schedule I would definitely have stayed one or two nights more :)

i stayed for 4 days with my parents. we had a great stay its very cozy. Amazing views of the sea, it was the perfect spot just to relax. the house itself if very old but as been renovated and the finish gives it a very unique feels. Gustavo was very helpfull give us a lot of recomendation. I would 100% recommended this place you get your money worth.

Best air bnb we have ever stayed in, hands down! Pool meets the ocean, and views are incredible! Its a shared property, but we always felt like we were the only ones there. Location is middle of island which allowed us to visit each part of the island with ease. Keep in mind this town is small and your surroundings are your entertainment. Beds were comfortable, kitchen got you by, and air conditioning worked well. There is a circular staircase and multiple small levels within, which was fine for us, but something to be aware of if you have physical challenges Favorite Restaurant. Atlantico! Sushi! Also worth checking out Azore Brewing Company and Agua do Fogo food truck. Acogumbreira- Great lunch or bfast in ponta de la gada. Try the poke bowls! Not a fan of mercado da vila. Sub par food. Favorite Hikes and gorgeous landscapes were in sete de citades. Check out abandoned hotel as well.... Only regret was the hot springs in furnas. Big tourist trap in my opinion

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at — and I’ve been traveling a lot for a long time. An extremely clean and cozy little house next to a larger one. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — tea, coffee, a coffee machine, and a lovely surprise from the hosts with local products, cheeses, milk, cookies for the kids, and juice. It’s amazing that there’s also a barbecue area with charcoal and firewood — especially since the Azores are famous for their beef. The hosts are very friendly, and there’s also a wonderful cat! The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. I dream of coming back to this place. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Sogar schöner als auf den Bildern. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

As older family members we couldn't be happier. Sven is a welcoming host and easy to approach. Nothing was out of his purview. The home is warm, clean and complete, but mostly the view is beyond expectations. The location is central to all on the island and we felt at home. Happy to stay in as well as explore. Sven's restaurant list was a plus as well as all things covered on his "list". I definitely expect to return and would hope to stay at Casa de Ilheu.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views !!! We also loved the walk to the tide pools. We stayed for a week with our four year old and parents, we had everything we needed. Antonio is so friendly and helpful, if we ever get to come back to Sao Miguel, we will stay here again ❤️❤️ Thank you for a wonderful time !!

Alex’s place is centrally located. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bathroom is big. Alex is very friendly and communicative. Obrigado Alex !

Vi var en gruppe venner, der boede i dette skønne hus hos Trandicampo ved Nordeste ifm. nytåret. Vi blev taget særdeles godt imod af Rui, der gav en masse nyttig informationer. Boligen ligger i flotte, rolige omgivelser tæt på både by, natur og en masse vandreruter. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

Picturesque cottage with an amazing view! Such a cozy stay for 2 people, very private and a wonderful host / housekeeper. They were so kind to accommodate us and leave some snacks at the house. It was chilly for us at the end of April so we didn’t get to use the pool, but I’m sure that’s delightful. The kitchenette helped for an easy dinner in, and a quick breakfast one morning for us too. As a general note, use caution when driving in this area. Use the mirrors at any corner you turn and you will be fine.

Heel leuk huisje met alle nodige voorzieningen. Mooie tuin met mooi zwembad waar we helaas omwille van het weer geen gebruik van konden maken. Fijne ontvangst en ook tijdens je ontvangst reageren Pedro en zn vrouw heel snel op al je vragen en wensen. Er is een hond Thor die nogal speels is daardoor soms wat intimiderend was voor mijn zoon van 11. Maar ook daar hielden de eigenaren zeker rekening mee. Air-conditioning aanwezig die eerder als verwarming dienen. Daardoor geen muffe geuren ondanks de grote vochtigheid op het eiland.

We started our holiday at this beautiful island in the city of Ponta Delgado and couldn’t be happier with our stay at this nice apartment. Extremely friendly staff and every morning a basket of breakfast made it even better. Definitely recommend!!

O alojamento superou as expectativas — é ainda melhor do que nas fotografias. As explicações fornecidas foram muito claras e dadas com muita simpatia. A casa está equipada com comodidades verdadeiramente impressionantes para um alojamento AirBnB. A piscina é perfeita e o local, inserido num pequeno povoado, é um verdadeiro refúgio de tranquilidade. Recomendo vivamente a reserva deste espaço.

We loved our stay here. The views out of the windows are majestic! The kitchen is fantastic. The bed is super comphy. The host was super responsive and we really appreciated the yummy goodies basket upon check in

Wir sind nun schon das 2, Mal in zwei Monaten in diesem wundervollen Haus und wir lieben es! Es ist blitzsauber, es ist schön eingerichtet, der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool ist wundervoll. Zur Begrüßung findet man frische Blumen, Mineralwasser, Kaffeepads und Azorenmilch auf dem Küchentresen. Wenn ich nun einen Wunsch äußern MÜSSTE, lieber Julio, dann wäre es eine Käsereibe : -) Ansonsten ist alles perfekt! Bis ganz bald!
