This place is incredibly safe, walkable, and the service is outstanding. When you stay at a place for an extended period, like I did here, the host's ability to maintain professionalism becomes invaluable. A host who's overly friendly can sometimes be exhausting, but HongHouse strikes the perfect balance. The service is prompt and professional and the design, breathtaking.

We love the location of this place! Very convenient and close to all the tourist spots youd want to visit when youre in HCMC. I would definitely come back here. The host is very responsive and helpful!

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Anh chủ nhà rất thân thiện, nhà cửa được giữ gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Phòng ốc thoáng mát yên tĩnh bình yên. Cảm ơn anh chủ nhà nhiều lắm tư vấn nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách hết mình.

le studio est remarquable, c'est l'un des studio le plus spacieux, par rapport à la photo , il est très grand, Victor est toujours présent et très réactif en cas de besoin. Il est très arrangeant pour le départ.. je vous conseille fortement son logement. Pour la qualité/prix 👍👍👍 C'est sûr je reviendrai. merci encore à vous Victor (Vu)

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

사진과 동일. 베트남에서 이용한 에어비엔비중 가장 가성비 있는 방이였습니다. 1군이라 위치도 좋고 길 앞도 조용한 편이였습니다. 단점을 꼽자고 하면 앞에 뷰가 공사장인데 공사는 안해서 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 다시 호치민을 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. 8층이고 바다뷰가 있습니다 에레베이터는 빠르게 움직이고 카드인식이라 외부사람이 없습니다 주변에 다른곳은 엘레베이터를 이용하려면 오래오래 기다려야 하지만 이곳은 빨라서 좋아요 에어컨도 거실과 침실에 각각있고 세탁기도 있어서 수건도 깨끗히 빨아서 쓸수 있습니다 흠잡을곳이 없을정도로 완벽하네요 다음에 붕따우에 또오면 당연히 이곳을 선택할수밖에 없는 이유입니다 그리고 5층에 수영장도 한적하니 좋습니다 잘 머물다 갑니다~~

With the reunification celebrations we didn’t know of street closures. Chuyên made sure we were aware that after 5pm access would be limited. Which really helped us prepare for our stay. The accomodation was beautiful and he was so helpful throughout !

One of my favorite places I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The place is as pictured and described, albeit a bit sign of wear in the furnitures, but if anything, it really adds character to the funky vintage/French colonial vibes of the place. I loved the location, just close enough to central of D1 but at a distance that there is peace and quiet when you need it. A great big plus is that it’s walking distance to a Circle K and one of the best Banh Mi town: Bánh Mì Bà Huynh. If you love the vibe of this place from the photos, I would recommend it!

I came to this apartment 2 times. Everything was perfect! The apartments and its facilities are heavenly, is really comfy. Plus, amazing owner!!! Oanh was super nice and always available for questions and help. He is a very responsive and hospitable person🫶🏽 we had a late flight and he was very kind and allowed a late check-out. Our stay was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who's planning for a trip to Hồ Chí Minh.

This is the 2nd apartment for our short stay at Haina’s place. Exactly like the image! Wait a bit for the building door to be opened when checking-in but the process is seamless. Recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Betty’s Airbnb! The apartment was not only beautifully decorated but also spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches well suited to couples. The location was perfect—close to great cafes, local attractions, and easy to get around from. Betty was an incredibly kind and responsive host, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Thank you, Betty, for making our stay in Vietnam so special—we’d love to come back! ☺️

Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was good but the only odd is that I didn’t realize I’ll have to pay for parking per hours so prepare for 240k vnd/day if you arrive with a car.

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours dans cet appartement. Logement calme dans une belle résidence. Conforme aux photos. Système de climatisation difficile à régler. Fontaine à eau de source réfrigérée très appréciable. Restaurants au pied de la résidence. Mini market à proximité pour dépanner, grand supermarché à 700m. La piscine est accessible 24 H/24, dommage que les transats soient inconfortables. District 1 facilement accessible à pied en 25min, ou en Grab pour 4 euros.
