The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Super worth every penny kasi you have lots of things to do especially if you are the type na balak magstay lang talaga sa mismong pad. We stayed at Mary's pad for 3D2N and all I can say is nakapag rest and relax kami ng bongga. Malinis, mabango ung unit, you can cook AND complete mga kitchenwares! We didn't get bored din kahit na di kami naka visit sa pool kasi pwede ka mag playstation, magnetflix, mag card games and videoke na sa unit mismo. Plus points pa ung pet friendly ung unit! Super nag enjoy furbabies namin! Thank you again Ms. Mary for this wonderful experience at your pad! We'll definitely go back! Thank you for the seamless transaction and for being so helpful and responsive! Til next time. :)

What an amazing find Jason's place is; the apartment is very stylish, with high quality finishes, and well looked after. It's got everything you need while the building itself offers a nice rooftop pool with a spa, two restaurants, a gym and a 7 Eleven literally next door to the lobby. The location is another big plus. It's a short trike ride to the SM mall and walking distance to the entertainment district but still quiet enough to relax after a night out. Finally, Jason is a great host, and very responsive, so we felt comfortable to reach out if we had any questions/issues. We're in Boracay now and already miss Jason's place, which says a lot. Thanks again for hosting us ;)

Another Great Staycation! A Super Host - our second stay - always easy to check in and walkable to nice restaurants and mall!

Ms. Jocelyn was very accommodating. She made sure I had a good check-in experience. This stay includes COVERED parking so you wouldn't have to worry of leaving your car unmanned. Her home was well maintained and kept tidy. The bedroom had its own airconditioning. She provided toiletries, towels, and blankets. The building staff were courteous and helpful. View of the Marquee mall, 1 mini walk to get there! Will dedinitely go back.

The condo was amazing. You would not think this was an Airbnb place as the furnishings throughout were like showroom condition. I could have easily lived there like it was my home. I certainly recommend it for anybody who likes a bit of class when they travel.

Great place, clean and well-maintained. Kristine was very responsive and accommodating. She was kind enough to turn the aircon on when we were on our way so the room is cold once we arrive -- the only way to combat this hot summer heat. The only con is the property. I found it too strict and unaccommodating. There was this annoying instance where someone kept ringing the room phone to inform us to move "our car" despite repeatedly saying that ours was parked properly in the free parking area. Still, they kept calling. It was so annoying. Thankfully, it was resolved swiftly by Kristine -- the place was packed due to the holidays and the guards prolly got confused good stay overall

TLDR: Sarah is very responsive in all our queries and easy to speak with. We were looking for a place to spend the night near San Fernando last minute, and she was able to accommodate us and arranged everything in a limited time from guest requirements and coordinating with PMO. She was so responsive even the questions we had during our stay. I’ll definitely book this again if we’ll go back here! :)

Nice place, exactly as described! The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. The apartment was clean and up to date. Everything was perfect. The ONLY thing I would change is would to be add more kitchen utensils. Cutting board, more knives, strainer etc....Overall the place is perfect especially with a the restaurant right downstairs and a 24 hour store within 100 meters if you need anything at any hour. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed overnight and the check in was fast and host waited for us to arrive. The location of the house is in a village and had a peaceful surrounding. The listed amenities are accurate. The downside is the comfort room where it was small and can be improved but nevertheless it was a decent one. I still rated it a 5 star because overall, the house was great for its price.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

The place was great! It was big enough for the maximum number or guests. Rooms were good. We did not foresee that 1 room had no AC, so with the current weather we cannot use the room for sleeping. But everything else (expectation) was met.

Place is clean and quiet. Good AC. Fast WiFi. Nice TV with Netflix, HBO etc. Host was very responsive. Very convenient to check in via lockbox! Definitely 💯 recommended!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!
