The place was great, perfect place if you want peace and away from a busy road. Easy to find and near the port. Both the host and co-host are very responsive and attends right away when you need something. It was truly a nice vacation staying here. Highly recommended and will surely visit again.

Douglas' space is perfect! It has everything you need. The internet is great and reliable and that's very important for me as I work remotely. I got the sleep I needed even during the day as it was peaceful. Very much recommended for budget stays with the best location.

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

The place was clean and in a great location near the city center. The host was very responsive, and the staff on-site were accommodating and easy to talk to. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Beach Road Apartments in Solangon, Siquijor! The unit was cozy, clean, and perfect for resting after days of exploring the island. Staying in Unit 5 on the second floor was a bonus—we loved the beach view from our unit, and the peaceful farm view at the back made mornings even more refreshing. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants and establishments like Creperie, Shikihoru, and Monkey Business all within walking distance. The host was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. This Airbnb was a big part of our adventure, as having a comfortable place to recharge made all the difference. This is my second time staying at Darlene's apartment and everything was great again. Great location close to everything by trike that you can catch right in front of the property. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Dumaguete.

Un coin de paradis!!!! Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits . La vue est à couper le souffle l,endroit est très calme très propre. Vous vous sentez vraiment…… seuls au monde. La literie est top très confortable. Il ne manque rien …équipements complets.allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus , les propriétaires Mathias et Kristina sont de bon conseils et très réactifs Les chiens sont d,une très bonne compagnie. Nous sommes très souvent amenés à louer sur Airbnb et cette maison restera très longtemps gravée dans notre cœur . Merci beaucoup à vous

We had an incredible stay at Lenie’s place! The apartment was beautifull, spotlessly clean, and in an amazing and peaceful location. We loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The host is very responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, so having a car is definitely recommended, but the peaceful surroundings made it worth it. Kenneth was a great host—friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

Me and my partner definitely had a very good time staying at Emily's. We enjoyed the home made banana muffins. ⭐ The clean rooms were majestic; even the pool was spotless. We definitely loved the breakfast bundle. The spot is somehow accessible with a little bit of motorcycle/car ride (or maybe walk) but despite the distance, it is worth it. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and fellow travelers who want to enjoy their stay in Negros. Plus, Emily was kind enough to print out our e-tickets for our boat ride home.

The cottage is located on a coast where you can swim and snorkel via a staircase. The bed is very comfortable and with an open window (sea breeze) and fan it is very good to sleep. we had no mosquitos. The kitchen has basic equipment and is well suited for making breakfast. Joe picked us up from the port and we were also able to hire a scooter. Quiet surroundings with a café within walking distance. Thank you very much!

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌
