Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. This Apt is in part of the Split called Bacvice. This part of Split is most popular place for living with beach, children playgrounds, parks, restaurants, night bars... The World known beach "Bacvice" is 3 minutes walk distance from Apt, also city center and old Diocletian palace iz less than 10 minutes walk distance. City ferry, bus and train port is also less than 10 minutes walk distance. Car parking is mostly on the street and it is free of charge. Airport is 25 minutes car distance from Apt.
