Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche im Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa mit zwei Schlafplätzen und ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und großer Dusche. Zudem gibt es eine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit.

Es ist modern, praktisch, effizient aber auch sehr gemütlich geworden und bietet eine Wohlfülloase von ca.150m² auf 2 Etagen.
