Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay.

Our home is a restored stone house in a walking-only community in the country. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two levels with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The home has old-style terra-cotta tiles, stucco walls, chestnut wood beams making for a very charming Tuscan get-away. It is a simple, comfortable and tasteful space. The Sogna community shares a large outdoor pool just a minute walk from the house.
