the unit was different from the photo that they show in the site then last during our check in they change our unit number last minute however the unit is clean and comfortble to stay in. We just find it more convenient if we stay in the first unit which is block 1A instead of 1B

We had a pleasant stay during our 5 days trip to George Town, Penang. The unit was clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. It provides us just anything that we needed during our stay, from the high speed and stable WiFi to the unthinkable of adaptor. We enjoyed the beautiful, infinity pool at the top of the building, providing breath taking sceneries during day and night. Bryant and his team was very helpful. Check in instruction is precise and clear. I will definitely recommend this unit for staying during your trip to Penang.

Comfortable and clean apartment. I like it because all rooms including living hall has an aircond. The unit has a lot of beds which is very convenient for big families. They did provide shower gel, shampoo and towels. The cons is the unit does not have any yard or balcony to hang dry your clothes. They did provide washing machine but no dryer. They also provide a kettle but no water dispenser or mineral water so bear in mind to prepare your own mineral water. Overall i will recommend the unit to my family and friends.

Overall place is clean. Masterroom aircond is not so cold, takes longer time to cold. Easy check in and out with clear instructions from Host. Carpark needs to turn 8 levels which is not so convenient. Overall, Happy stay!

3 nights stay well spent. The facility is complete and very clean. Comfy interior and furniture. Everything walks perfectly with beautiful view from the room directly. The location is strategic, near to many places that i visited.

入住此间民宿真的是一次意外之喜！民宿位置方便，离机场车程十分钟左右。我苦于在机场附近找不到评价好的住宿才选择此间民宿，整体住宿体验很满意。房间干净温馨，配套用品齐全，可以看出房东是很用心地经营着此间民宿。最最关键的是，房东超级热情，并乐于助人，不但主动给我们提供住宿周边美食信息，还在我们旅行过程中遇到小困难的时候积极热情地提供帮助，这对于身在旅途的我们深感温馨。

One of the best Service Residence I’ve stayed in Penang. The unit is professionally decorated and managed, check in at the lobby was really easy and pleasant and the entire unit is remarkably clean and exactly as the photo. I totally recommend to others to stay here. The price is at the top of the range and might be higher than other Airbnb but you will be staying at a really 5-star service residence and worth your money!

I had a wonderful stay here! The home was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. My nephew loved the Mickey Mouse-themed room, and we all enjoyed the gaming console provided. The surroundings were peaceful with nice views, and the swimming pool was a great bonus for relaxing afternoons. The host was incredibly friendly, offering great food and sightseeing recommendations that made our trip to Penang so much easier. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!
