This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

Gå på konsert, mässa, titta på sport på Avicii Arena eller varför inte shoppa på Globen shopping. Ta en gondol upp till toppen av den största sfäriska byggnaden i Europa. Njut av en otrolig utsikt över Stockholm. Eller ta dig till stan.

Small apartment -own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV and its own toilet. A spa with a jacuzzi, sauna heated with wood, and relax. Shared recreation room for yoga, with a ping pong table and laundry. The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. For longer stays -shared spa.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.
