Good locations, near public transport and shuttle bus to airport, easy to find almost everything, had a few problem with water heater but thanks to Mr. Armagan, he help us and fix it in a short time.

"I had an amazing stay of about one month at Mr Yildirim's Airbnb in Istanbul. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and situated in a great location. MrYildirim was a kind and responsible host, always ensuring everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This Airbnb truly deserves a full 5-star rating, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

First of all I would like to thank the hosts for their hospitality!!! They were responsive in very friendly and efficient manner. They were proactive and flexible (we arrived around 8pm). Also I was pleasantly surprised by their gesture to my request to replace bed linen!! Mr. Armagan brought me brand new bed linen set!!! Impressive!!Thank you for that! We liked the space in the apparent! It’s greet size. Enough space for kids. Good dinning area. It was really warm. That was important to us as we were traveling with kids. We found everything what we needed for cooking. 2 grocery shops nearby. Washing machine and washing powder were there - easy to operate. Also was quite important to me as I have 3 boys. The only one thing - which is not related to the host at all - it takes time to find free parking slot in the area. In general I recommend this host and this apartment for big family (or families) to stay. Teşekkür ederim for our stay at your place!

Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım samimiyetimiz ile söylüyorum, 1 dakika bile sürmedi rezervasyon kabul etmesi, eve yerleştikten sonra hemen eksiklerimizi sorup tamamladı, evin hemen yanında özel otopark mevcut gönül rahatlığıyla ailenizle kalabileceğiniz bir yer, ve eve girdiğimiz de camlar sonuna kadar açıktı ona rağmen evde tişörtle durmak bile imkansızdı , doğalgaz peteklerine dokunmak imkansız elinizi 3 saniye tutabilen olmaz , hakikaten fiyatı hem uygun , hemde bütün herşeye çözüm bulup yardımcı olmakta teşekkürler ramazan bey, ilk konaklamamız olmayacaktır mutlaka öneririm herkese

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was huge and comfortable! The location was perfect surrounding by coffee and restaurants and Capacity mall very near for shopping

İşimle ilgili katıldığım fuar için burda konakladım ve gerçekten bayıldım.Havalimanından eve gelişte transfer hizmetlerini kullandım zaman olarak gerçekten çok işe yaradı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahve makinesi güzel bi detaydı. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ev sahipleri ise her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve çok misafirperverlerdi. Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты
