Lovely location (a quick walk to the beach), fully equipped kitchen, and family friendly. The beaches and sunsets in the area were amazing. Our family loved spending time there and hope to come back very soon!!

This was an absolutely wonderful and beautiful space! It allowed us to enjoy the space as a family while also having separate spaces to decompress. It borders a beautiful golf course and is 25 minutes away from another one so for a family of golfers, it was great! I will note and appreciate the hosts for also noting this in their welcome book - the house is on an island in the middle of heavy nature - bugs are expected. Do your due diligence of keeping inside clean but expect the usual bugs after a storm outside! The hosts were also very communicative and responsive and gave really good instructions before, during and after our stay. Overall, highly recommend for a group or family get a way to be a bit away from Old San Juan and get to enjoy the West coast a bit more !

The backyard and pool is lovely. Home is spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants nearby as well as lots to do. We really enjoyed staying here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! Not only did it have all of the amenities and space to accommodate our family but it felt so homey and welcoming. The property is truly a sight. You have both mountainous and ocean views that are breathtaking. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of Puerto Rico every morning while enjoying our coffee and spent our afternoons poolside with an outdoor bar when the Caribbean sun called for a cold drink. Wilton and his team were attentive and responded quickly to anything we would need and we were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be back! Great place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat! Awesome views, outdoor shower, kitchen, living room, dining room… you name it! Marisabel was really responsive.

Amazing place! We especially loved the covered patio with the long dining table. We lived in that space most of the time. The view was stellar and proximity to Crash Boat Beach was convenient - we were provided everything we needed from towels, toys, chairs and a couple umbrellas with built in tables. The property manager was helpful and super responsive the only time we did need her. Such a comfortable stay!

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

¡Estadía espectacular! Nos hospedamos 11 miembros de mi familia y desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. La propiedad es espaciosa, muy cómoda y está excelentemente equipada. La cocina tiene todas las facilidades necesarias, los cuartos son amplios y acogedores, y la vista desde el cuarto principal es simplemente hermosa. La piscina está en perfectas condiciones, y la cercanía a la playa, una tiendita y lugares de comida hacen que la ubicación sea ideal. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia y definitivamente repetiríamos. Receptiva durante nuestras comunicaciones ¡ Gracias por una experiencia tan linda!

I loved staying at Sammy’s place. It was amazing and a beautiful place felt like paradise!! He was quick to response was when there was a power outage in the whole island and he brought us over a generator. Which we were so grateful for as we did have a baby and older lady. Thank you for letting us stay with you! Will come again!

Los anfitriones fueron extremadamente diligentes y atentos. Llegamos miércoles (día del apagón) y Francés no dejó de comunicarse ni un instante hasta dejarnos lo más cómodos posibles (dentro de la situación). La experiencia con el anfitrión superó nuestras expectativas. La casa es hermosa, cómoda y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar y esperamos regresar pronto.

We had a great stay in Erica’s house. Enjoyed the patio, swimming pool and barbecue evenings - all very private. A lot of beatiful beaches in max 5min driving distance. Our favorite was Montones. Thank you for welcoming us, Erica. Would love to come back some day…

PHENOMENAL! The property is beautiful, and it was great for our family vacation. The private apartments allowed for privacy and rest for all 16 of us. Each apartment has everything you need. The pool was terrific! We did not leave the house for the first two days. The hotel bar & restaurant are just a few steps from the house, and the food was delicious. The mofongo kept us going back for more. We honestly can’t say enough about how amazing all of the staff was!! We had excellent communication with Kassandra before we arrived. She helped us coordinate a cocktail hour and anniversary dinner for 16 guests. The table was spectacular and beautifully decorated. We had an incredible sunset, and she stopped by to meet us and wish us a happy anniversary. Her family has owned the hotel for three generations, and their commitment to service is evident even before you arrive. The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and made our dinner and stay memorable. This property is exceptional! You can tell it is family-owned, and they care about their guests. The staff greeted us with big smiles, and we loved talking to the team and getting to know them. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, I’m sure I’m missing a few, but a special thank you to Kassandra, Kenneth, Hector, Kaymie, and Leslie!! We will be back to Villa Cofresí & to Casa Pirata. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Cristina was very helpful and her home is GORGEOUS. Perfectly clean, tons of amenities, great open space. The pool was spotless, and the outdoor furniture is plush, clean and there are so many seating areas. The breeze was amazing, and the outdoor ceiling fans kept us cool as well. We had a party of 9, and our little kids didn't mind sleeping on the pullout sofa at all! We absolutely loved staying here!

This was a beautiful place in a safe quiet neighborhood. All the beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome. A supermarket near by, a well equipped kitchen and house. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a large family or reunion.

Lindsay’s place is incredible - highly recommend! The house and amenities are amazing - the outdoor pool area is well kept and each of the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor dining area that was nice to have in the evenings. The house itself is well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient for getting to the main beaches. FYI - the road to the driveway is steep and can be hard to see both ways when trying to turn out (this is pretty standard for many side roads Rincon). Would stay here again!

Casa Zanon is beautiful spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic outdoor area to barbecue , swim and just chill. The rooms are big and beds comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked .We were 7 women 67 and over but 3 had medical issues climbing stairs up to bedrooms. Otherwise very satisfied with the place.

Es un lugar super cómodo y tranquilo justo lo que buscábamos ya que no teníamos intención de salir del hospedaje. No tengo ninguna queja, cómo recomendación sería útil levantar un poco la cerca de los lados para darle más privacidad. Overall excedió mis expectativas, la pasamos súper, los super recomiendo

Sharon’s place is gorgeous and worked perfect for my family and I. Very close to Mayaguez center where you can find all your local shops. 10 mins from the supermarket and Anasco center. Sharon & her house manager Armando went above and beyond for our stay! I would recommend and would love to visit again. My only suggestion is to add a heater in the pool. Although the weather was warm in the mid 80’s the pool water was freezing as the sun doesn’t really hit it throughout the day. That would be the perfect touch! Thank you again for a beautiful stay.
