Would happily stay here again. House is beautiful and spacious and all as described. Very comfortable and we made good use of small plunge pool. 24 hour guard on duty at gated community made us feel even more secure about leaving possessions at the house while we were out and about. We had four surfers stay here with each having en-suite bedrooms. We mainly surfed Jaco beach which is only 10 minute drive. Surfing at Hermosa beach is right across the street, about 5 minute walk to beach. A few great restaurants within walking distance.

This was a great location. The beach was a short walk from the gated community. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Clean and simple. There was also a pool that our kids enjoyed.

Le Quinta Coco de Cristopher est un logement très grand avec de beaux espaces pour ce détendre et profiter de la nature à proximité . La maison peut vraiment accueillir 15 personnes avec des salles de bains suffisantes pour tous. Cristopher est très réactif , suite a un orage , les ampoules grillées ont été changé dès le lendemain . les personnes pour l'entretien de la piscine et du linge sont très sympathiques. La piscine est vraiment un plus , surtout en famille avec les enfants. Merci Cristopher pour votre communication sans avoir eu la chance de vous saluer directement. Je recommande a 100%.

Amazing space to accommodate up to 7/8 people comfortably. The pool and gardens are beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The location is convenient to mini-markets, restaurants, and bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

La pasamos muy bien en éste alojamiento, fácil de llegar, supermercados y restaurantes cerca, Justino el señor que da mantenimiento a la propiedad muy atento y servicial, lo único es que llegaba poca presión de agua y ya deberían cambiar los electrodomésticos, aún funcionan, pero ya están muy viejitos y desgastados, pero en general muy buen alojamiento si quieres alejarte un rato de la ciudad y estar en un lugar privado y tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza

The house is directly beside the boutique hotel (but on 2+ acres and very private), so service is easy to access and they are very responsive. It’s also hard to beat the breakfast buffet; get it! The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily, and you can just sit there and enjoy seeing many species of beautiful birds and lizards.

great place to stay in Jaco. close to everything but it was tricky to locate it first time

After cutting our stay short at the home we had originally booked for our vacation, we were extremely lucky that Matthew's home was available on short notice and once we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is refreshing, and the 2 homes are just the bungalow beachy vibe we had envisioned for our trip. The homes are clean, the main house kitchen is spacious, the beds are comfy, and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 where one family had one house and the other had the second. Not to mention that it's just a short half-block walk down to the beach where you will find beautiful sunsets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Jaco area, we wish we could have stayed longer!

I’ve been to CR multiple times in Airbnb. This was by far the best place Ive stayed in. Spectacular house, spacing and little things (good kitchen, pool patio everything)…Katie was a great host, responsive and most importantly a really nice person. Highly recommend 🤙🏼

La casa es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos y tiene una vista espectacular. Todo el espacio es muy cómodo para pasar un buen momento con familia y amigos. Además la comunicación con Felipe es excelente. Definitivamente volvería

The house was amazing, the views were incredible. The host made the stay even more pleasant by recommending things to do in the area,answering any questions we had and helping with scheduling tours in the area. My family and I definitely had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa! It was quiet but not far from the main street in Jacó. It does have an open courtyard behind the gate that leads to the rooms so be sure to lock your rooms as you leave for the day even when the gate is locked. Overall I would recommend to friends and family!

Nos encantó el hospedaje, privado, cerca de la playa, espacioso, equipado. Sólo unos pequeños detalles de mantenimiento menor. Sin duda muy cómodo y Pet Friendly.

We absolutely lovely this place! Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and right on the beach! The house was super spacious and well furnished and the amenities were great as well. Totally recommend this place to anyone staying in Jaco!

We had a great experience at Mike and Pamela’s condo. It was clean, check in was simple, the AC worked well and was cold, it was so nice having a washer and dryer, and they thoughts of things to include and amenities that were really helpful. We really enjoyed the place. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and was nice to have the barstools and island space as well as the built in desk. Having 2 AC units was great and it seemed like they thought of small helpful things like a clothes line for drying swimsuits in the shower and a drying rack outside for beach towels as well as a hose to rinse off your feet. Mike and Pamela were very friendly and responsive. The front gate security staff was great. We didn’t realize the condo was part of larger community and we didn’t end up using the community pool as it was busy most times with young kids. But the area was well kept and felt safe. Would recommend staying here!

Tiene una vista espectacular, con una piscina privada para cada habitación, la habitación bastante cómoda, y completa con cocina bastante equipada. La anfitriona Karla muy amable y atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Vale la pena el lugar y la vista.

This house was perfect for my large group! The beach club is a real gem, Yo Yo’s has awesome food and drinks, we ate there multiple times! The location was perfect for doing mmay different activities. The house was very clean and well kept, and we all felt very safe!

Jan 15-29 We travelled as a party of 7. It was our first time to Costa Rica and jaco was a great place to get introduced to Costa Rica. Our Airbnb was perfect for our group. It was a 5 bedroom 6 bathroom property with a pool. The pictures were exactly like how the property was. I was concerned that the pool would be on the small side but it was perfect size for a late afternoon swim after the beach. They also had bicycles available to get around town. The town itself had many many restaurants and shopping.its an easy town to walk around. Our fav shopping place was Fruity Monkey poop boutique and TICO pod art house. They had amazing inventory from local artists. The beach was ok. Beautiful beach for sunsets. There wasn’t a lot of soft sand and there was a lot of big waves Andventure Dining, el Miro ruins , Manuel Antonio park and sea lounge catamaran were our highlights. Rent a car and go to crocodile bridge and down to Don Toro restaurant is a must. Over all an awesome visit

Second time we visit Sabrina's place! Love the big garden and pool area. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from Jacó and Herradura beaches. Melissa the host was attentive and friendly. Definitely recommended.
