We loved La Bouganville! We were a large Canadian family with a baby and everyone had a comfortable private space. The living rooms were cosy and the kitchen was practical. The location and the view were priceless! Luigi was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. And the fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular! Thank-you for the wonderful memories.

I had a great stay! Particularly noteworthy is the garage, which was super practical - the car was safely stored. The kitchen was excellently equipped, everything was clean and functional - perfect for cooking yourself. And the washing machine was a real plus, especially for a longer stay very helpful. Overall a cozy accommodation with everything you need. The hostess is also available at any time and she tries to help as best she can. Clear recommendation!

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

Die geräumige Unterkunft direkt am Meer gelegen bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Der große Garten lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt Vieles im Umfeld zu entdecken und Rom und Neapel sind bequem mit dem Zug vom örtlichen Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufmöglichkeiten (auch in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar) und gleich nebenan befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant.

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion absolue ! La maison italienne de rêve ! Merci encore

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

La casa è a dir poco stupenda, raffinata e ricercata nei dettagli architettonici nonchè negli arredi tutt'altro che commerciali! La posizione si commenta da sola e le foto non le fanno giustizia. Un luogo da sogno per godere appieno della bellezza del territorio. L'ottima ospitalità e carineria di Michele per il check-in e check-out completano il quadro. L'unico dramma è il dover andare via.

Elvira's house is set away from the central square and very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the stars at night and the peregrines that have roosted near there. Only a ten minute walk to the beach and main square it's the ideal hideaway on beautiful Ventotene.

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

La vacanza, dal 12 al 27 agosto 2024 è stata davvero piacevole e comoda nella casa di Giuseppe e Monica, persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. La casa grandissima, molto pulita, ordinata e soprattutto fresca grazie ai condizionatori, ha soddisfatto le esigenze di 3 bambini e 3 adulti. Praticamente è stato come essere a casa propria ma con maggiori spazi a disposizione. La spiaggia e il mare pulitissimi, ma da raggiungere in pochi minuti di auto. Sicuramente se ritorneremo in zona Fondi per le vacanze, vorremmo alloggiare da Giuseppe e Monica

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Francesca per 1 settimana e non posso che darle il massimo dei voti . La casa pulitissima piena di ogni confort vicina al mare e alle attività ,un terrazzo bellissimo. Francesca è sempre stata gentile e ha sempre risposto ad ogni bisogno . La consiglio vivamente perche davvero abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa.

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The space was exactly what was marketed and the hosts were very gracious during check-in; they informed us of the nuances to the property and guided us through a potential itinerary in the 3 different languages that we speak. The accommodation was perfect for our family and we were able to take advantage of the patio space for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Additionally, several of the island’s amenities were within walking distance and a taxi stand was close by making it easy for excursions. Lastly, the view from the balcony is unmatched, especially considering the historical significance of Ischia. We are very grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful home.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

Abbiamo prenotato questa villa per le festività di Pasqua e Pasquetta, eravamo in 12, posizione strategica e vista mozzafiato. Da ritornarci con l’apertura della piscina. Antonio e Pasquale sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Un’esperienza a 5 stelle!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Amelia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti fantastici. La loro casa ha tutto il necessario, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata, ecc. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era bassa stagione, ma immagino che sarebbe una bella aggiunta alla proprietà! Grazie per il tempo che mi hai dedicato! We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)
