A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

Newly renovated! Walking distance to beautiful bays , ocean beaches, restaurants and bars. Perfect Hamptons vacation getaway. Wine Country and Montauk are great day trips from this centrally located spot. Easily access Hampton Bays with public transportation via LIRR or Hampton Jitney, than a 3-5 minute Uber to apartment. Monthly stays will have cleaning service provided every two weeks.
