Beach Break House is a comfortable charming 3 bedroom small home with all the amenities you may need. It is in the middle of miles and miles of beaches to the left of the property and to the right. A brisk walk to the beach allows access to Shacks Beach, Caves at Shacks Beach, Playa Jobos, Montones Beach, Middles Beach, Playacita Theodore, and Villa Pesquera. The neighborhood is filled with places to eat, socialize, and have an iced drink while enjoying the cultured music, and miles of beach.

The property is quiet, with a minimalist design, located right on the cliff on Rd 110 overlooking Shacks Beach in Isabela. The house has 2 bedrooms with an attached private bath each, a living-kitchen-dining main room with AC's and outdoor patio area. The house is fenced in, it has solar panels, 2 Tesla back-up batteries, water cistern, Starlink internet, a dedicated work space and secure parking.

This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.
