We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and location was great! Anytime I had a question Paula was very quick to respond ! We had an issue with our door keypad and Paula had it resolved within the hour calling me several times to keep me updated. The location is great! Pool is clean and great for kids ! Right across from a Surf side market and Waffle House ! It had plenty of parking and felt clean and safe ! Would absolutely stay in Paula’s place again!

Us 6 adults from Ohio loved Erin’s place to stay and will be booking again in the future definitely!! I’m just speechless on how everything we wanted to do was so close to our condo and we were all comfy and slept amazing!! Thank you Erin for everything you presented to us in our stay!!! Totally EXCELLENT!!! And so is Erin she is AMAZING!! 🤗❤️‍🔥💯💯💯

Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Rob was a great host! He communicated well, and everything was as described, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you from all the family!

LOVED our stay! This was my two toddler’s first time ever seeing the beach, and I’m so happy we found this during our last-minute booking. The condo is exactly as listed, right on the beach. Beautiful, unobstructed view right from the patio. Sue was very responsive even before we reserved, and made sure to check in with us during our stay. Every bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets if needed. After reading older reviews I can tell they’ve been making improvements on this unit to better everyone’s experience. If you’re searching for your beach stay with a view, I highly recommend this one. This will be the first listing we check availability for from now on.

We had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the living areas within the house, the views and the close walk to the dock and beach!! Everything we needed and wanted this week was within our fingertips. We had a couple days of storms and rain and were cozy in the home watching movies and playing games. Thanks Carrie for everything! Definitely will come back!

Perfect weekend getaway to visit my son stationed at NAS for Easter. Property was clean and described in the listing. My kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards.

This is the perfect place to stay! The location was perfect close to stores and restaurants as well as the beach. The view from every window was amazing! It was quiet and traffic in the area was light. Be aware you will have to frequently climb stairs from your car to the living space and from there up to your bedroom. But it’s worth it!

Great location, near the beach as well as restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Kitchen well supplied with cooking items. Very comfortable bed.

Perfect weekend get away! My family and I had such a nice stay here. Very responsive host, beautiful home, and close to the beach and amazing places to eat. We didn’t use to shuttle for the beach, as there is parking across the street that was a little more convenient for us and our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Matthew's townhome. We love the location and the set up of the of unit. We can walk to lots of restaurants. Matthew has been amazing to work with as well! We will be back again!

Beautiful place in a great location. House is new and very clean. Beds are great! House is stocked with anything you need to cook. Golf cart is a plus to get around the neighborhood. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and bikes at the house so no need to bring them from home or rent them. We had a wonderful stay! Our kids loved it! We will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved this house! The amount of amenities that were given was great. House was spotless clean from ceiling to floor. Amy was a great host and responded within minutes. Me and my friends had a great time at this house. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table for sure! Overall this place felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend Amy and her house to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful place to stay while in Pensacola! We cannot wait to come back and visit this home!!

Marissas condo was very comfortable and accommodating! It had everything we needed for showers, making meals and sleeping. The queen sized bed was very comfy! The resort is close to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Pensacola! Marissa communicated very well, and check in and check out was a breeze! I will definitely go back!

Great location. Beautiful shared dock for all residents in the complex. The beach was also only about a 5-10 minute walk and with the bikes that the property comes with, we were able to get back and forth very easily. We were all able to fit and had a great time at this air bnb. Thanks to Tara and Jeff for their quick responses and flexibility!

The condo was conveniently located around restaurants and shops. The only thing I would say could have been better was mapping out the beach access so it is clear of to where we could access the gate.
