Unwind in this beautiful hilltop studio retreat located in the heart of Windsor Hills, just 10 minutes to SoFi Stadium, The Forum, and the YouTube Theater, and only 15 minutes to LAX. Perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy, artistic space with personality. Please note: • This is a second-floor unit with no guard rails; not recommended for small children • Street parking only • It’s a cozy, older apartment, expect character, not perfection • No pets, no smoking, and no parties

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

If you are looking for a peaceful private place to unwind after a busy day, then look no further! Here you will find a cozy little hideaway, just for you! It is for couples or singles only. It is too small for families.

You'll love this private guesthouse and open space which includes a Cali-king bed, sofa sleeper, private bathroom and 55” flat screen TV. Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Nearby access to all local freeways, the beach & many other LA attractions are only about a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and lots of shopping centers all within walking distance, this modern home is in a perfect location for a weekend getaway or even a long term stay.
