The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

It's really nice place and clean. Host is really welcome me and very smooth communication! Guard are very friendly! Wifi is good! I will come back!

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

Nice house in a safe neighborhood

Host is very responsive and easy to talk to, great place to rest and enjoy the warmth with family.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

We rented the unit as a prep area for my wedding, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host was incredibly generous in accommodating all my requests, making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was very responsive, kind, and approachable the entire time. The unit itself truly lives up to its name — cozy, aesthetic, and very clean. It had everything we needed: fresh bath towels, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a hot shower, and even two TVs — one in the living area and one in the bedroom. We also had a lot of fun with the Xbox and the board games provided. Thanks to the host’s amazing hospitality, he helped make my wedding day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

I needed a peaceful place to stay for work, and Jake's place did not disappoint! Everything was arranged neatly and pleasant, and It has fast wifi service! Most importantly, the entire place smells nice & fresh. The host (Jake) on the other hand is very responsive, and helpful. I requested for a 3-pin socket, and he secured an extension cable for me! Thank you, accomodating!

Jing’s place was exactly what we need. During our stay she gave clear instructions and provided the information that i need. The place was amazing, we only stayed for one day but we are hoping to come back very soon 😊 if you want to swim, walk or jog the amenities is superb!
